How to enter Westport Generator Station

Go to Westport Generator Station and look for the damaged opening in the station’s wall or roof. Nearby boxes and metal supports can help you climb to the opening.

Use your Plasma Thruster Boosts to double-jump through the hole and into the station. This route avoids the locked front door. Guide descriptions differ on precise landmarks, so use the visible breach rather than relying on a compass direction.

What the keycard opens
The card unlocks the station’s front door. It is useful if you want to leave by the conventional entrance after getting inside, but you do not need it to enter through the breach. Game8 says the breach remains available as a way back out, so collecting the keycard is not required to finish The Brain Benders of Auntie’s Choice. Keycard pickup is separate from sabotaging the generator
Finding the card and completing a generator sabotage objective are separate tasks. If your quest log asks you to disable the station’s power, go to the Main Power Generator and follow the objective prompt. Walkthroughs describe using a Portable Galvanic Subverter; Game8’s broader quest walkthrough also describes an Explosives 2 option. The applicable quest framing can vary across guides, so use the objective text in your own quest log to identify the route.
