To repeat the same Tamil sleep meditation overnight, use YouTube’s Loop video control—not Autoplay. If you want a sequence of meditations, loop a playlist instead. Autoplay moves on to a related video and may pause for a “Continue watching?” prompt, so it is less dependable for unattended playback.
Choose the right playback control

Repeat one Tamil meditation video
On a phone or tablet, start the video, open the player’s menu, and select Loop video. YouTube’s help page documents looping videos and playlists in its Android guidance; the precise controls can vary by device and app version. See YouTube’s instructions for looping videos or playlists.
On a TV or game console, play the video and choose Repeat from the available player controls. If you cannot find the option, check the player menu while the video is playing; TV interfaces differ from phone and desktop layouts.
Repeat a playlist instead
If you want several Tamil meditations in a particular order, start the playlist and turn on its Loop control. YouTube also offers a further loop selection for repeating only the current video in the playlist. The playlist loop is the better fit when you want a sequence rather than one track repeating.

Why Autoplay may not last all night
Autoplay is different from looping: when enabled, YouTube automatically plays another related video after the current one ends. Its setting is separate on each device, so check it on the device you plan to use. Because YouTube chooses the next video, Autoplay may not keep playing the meditation or sequence you intended. YouTube describes the feature and its controls in Autoplay videos.
YouTube may also ask whether you are still watching. Its help page lists intervals of 30 minutes on mobile, 60 minutes on web, and 180 minutes on TV for this prompt. These are documented prompt intervals, not a promise that playback will stop at precisely those times. If the prompt appears, someone may need to respond before playback continues. Keep Sleep Timer off for continuous playback
Sleep Timer is designed to pause a video after a selected amount of time. Leave it off if you want playback to continue overnight; set it only if you want a planned stop. YouTube explains the feature in its computer Sleep Timer instructions and Android Sleep Timer instructions.
If you are listening on a phone with the screen off
Looping a video in the open YouTube app is different from background play. YouTube’s Android guidance says background play is available in the mobile apps and requires YouTube Premium; some videos are not eligible.
