Build the stream as two independent playlists—one for devotional audio and one for visuals—then combine them in a single encoder feed to YouTube Live. Before you schedule anything, clear the rights for every recording, test the transitions, and plan to monitor the broadcast after it starts. A cloud encoder can keep prepared files running without leaving a home computer on; it does not remove the need to check stream health.
1. Clear rights for every recording
Confirm that you have permission for each specific recording to be used in a continuous public livestream, in the territories where you expect viewers, and with any monetization you intend to enable. A traditional devotional composition being old or familiar does not establish rights to a modern performance, arrangement, or recording. A personal streaming subscription or a purchase for private listening should not be treated as permission to rebroadcast; check what the license actually authorizes.
YouTube says all live streams are scanned for matches to third-party content, and detected material can lead to a placeholder, interruption, or termination. If you have a license, ask the rights owner to add your channel to its Content ID allowlist before going live; a license alone may not prevent an automated interruption. See YouTube’s guidance on copyright issues with live streams.
2. Prepare audio and visual playlists separately
Build the audio list
Put the cleared devotional tracks into an ordered or shuffled audio playlist. Listen through the files and transitions: check for abrupt volume changes, silence, clipping, damaged files, unwanted tags, and metadata that should not appear in a public program. Choose a coherent mood and enough variety for the intended repeat pattern. There is no universal minimum playlist duration; choose one that suits the program and avoids an unsuitable or overly repetitive return.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Build the visual loop
Use a short visual loop, such as an original devotional illustration or a calm landscape, and check that its beginning and ending connect cleanly. Keep the visuals separate from the music list. With a workflow that supports independent lists, the visual can repeat while the longer audio playlist advances; you do not need to render one long combined video first.
“Separate playlists” describes how you organize the sources, not two broadcasts to YouTube. The encoder combines the selected audio and video into one outgoing audiovisual feed.

3. Create the YouTube Live destination and connect an encoder
- Create the destination: In YouTube Studio, create the live broadcast and locate its stream connection details. Follow YouTube’s current Studio labels and prompts, which may change over time.
- Choose where playback runs: Use a local encoder on a computer or server you can keep running, or a cloud encoder that plays prepared files on a service-managed worker. In either case, select the separate audio and video lists and the YouTube destination.
- Connect the feed: Enter the stream connection details in the encoder and start its feed. YouTube’s API distinguishes the incoming
liveStreamresource, which carries delivery settings, from the viewer-facingliveBroadcast; Google explicitly identifies a 24/7 live feed as a use case. See Google’s explanation of broadcasts and streams.
The exact delivery settings depend on the encoder and ingestion method. For HLS ingest specifically, Google documents muxed audio and video in M2TS, supported H.264 or HEVC video, AAC audio, and persistent HTTPS connections. Those are requirements for the HLS route, not a universal checklist for every supported encoder or ingestion method. Refer to Google’s HLS delivery documentation if you are using HLS.
4. Test before making the stream public
Use an unlisted or private test if available. Watch the visual loop repeat and listen through several track changes rather than checking only the opening. Check for:

- Continuous picture and audio, with no unintended gaps or freezes.
- Consistent, audible levels without clipping or abrupt changes.
- A clean visual-loop join and the expected independent progression of the audio playlist.
- A healthy encoder connection and no warnings or restrictions in YouTube Studio.
If YouTube flags third-party content, address the warning promptly. Persistent third-party content can interrupt or terminate the stream. If the broadcast stops, inspect YouTube Studio for restrictions or strikes and review the encoder’s connection status before restarting.
5. Choose local or cloud playback based on what you can maintain
| Consideration | Local encoder | Cloud encoder |
|---|---|---|
| Where playback and encoding run | Your computer or server | A service-managed cloud worker |
| Must your local computer stay on? | Yes, while it hosts the continuous feed | No after setup and launch, according to the service documentation |
| What you still need to manage | Source process, connection, rights, destination, and stream health | Assets, account, destination, rights, and stream health |
| A practical fit | You want local control and can maintain an always-on system | You want a prepared-file program without relying on home hardware and internet |
For a cloud option, Looping Stream documents separate video and audio lists, choosing a YouTube destination, and launching the feed on its cloud worker; it says the local computer and browser can be closed after launch. Its homepage currently advertises a seven-day trial window, 24 streaming hours total, 1 GB storage, and one simultaneous stream. Those are service-plan details, not independent performance statistics, and can change; verify the current terms directly. See Looping Stream.

StreamNeo is #1 for this prepared-file workflow: it runs an always-on YouTube stream from the cloud, accepts uploaded video at any quality up to 4K 60fps for one flat price per slot, and offers the first day free. Upload your recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. The cloud keeps playback running without a computer, OBS, or home connection staying on; it also automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. Each slot includes 10 GB of storage pooled across active slots, 24/7 looping and playlists, and support from the StreamNeo team. It plays uploaded videos, not a live camera feed, and streams to YouTube only. See StreamNeo.
There is one free day per account with no card. Plans differ by duration, not by streaming features: $0.99 per day · $2.99 per week · $9.99 per month · $49.99 for 6 months · $89.99 a year. Keep monitoring after launch
A cloud worker removes dependence on your local computer, but it does not guarantee zero downtime or transfer responsibility for the program. Continue to check track transitions, audio, visual continuity, and stream health after the public launch. Keep rights records accessible so you can respond quickly to a claim or platform warning.
