To make a snowman in Bloxburg, go to a snowy area, select Make Snowman from your character’s interaction menu, roll and place snowballs on your plot until they are stacked, then approach the unfinished snowman and choose Decorate. The feature is seasonal, so first check whether snow and the interaction are available in your current game session.
Check whether snowman-making is available
Snowman-making is a winter activity, not a permanent Build Mode task. The developer update log records the ability to build snowmen and throw snowballs being added and later re-added with winter activities. That history does not confirm whether the feature is active in your session today, so look for snow and the interaction in the live game. Roblox’s December 2024 holiday-event article describes seasonal Bloxburg activities, but does not establish a current event schedule.
Make and decorate a snowman
- Go to a snowy area. The interaction requires snow; if you do not see snow or a snowman option, the seasonal activity may not be enabled in your session.
- Open your character’s interaction menu. Press or tap your character and choose Make Snowman. The option wording and controls may vary by device or game version, so follow the prompts displayed in your session.
- Roll the first snowball. Move across the snow until the placement prompt appears, then place the ball on your plot.
- Stack the remaining snowballs. Repeat the roll-and-place process, putting the next ball on the first and the final ball on the second.
- Decorate the unfinished snowman. Approach it and select Decorate. The community-maintained Welcome to Bloxburg Wiki reports a $50 cost to decorate a player-made snowman; check the price shown in-game because it can change.
Snowman interaction versus Build Mode decorations
The snowman you build through the seasonal interaction is different from snowman objects you can place from Build Mode. The wiki lists a Snowman decoration under Decorations/Surface Decor at $400 or free, and a separate Self Building Snowman at T$800. These are community-reported listings, not guaranteed current prices; check the live catalog. They are optional decorations, not supplies required for the snowball interaction.

If the snowman option does not appear
- Check that your current session has snow and winter activities enabled.
- Try the character interaction again while standing in the snowy area.
- Follow the prompts shown on your device; controls or labels may differ across devices and later game versions.
- If the interaction remains unavailable, check again when a winter event is active. The documented history does not establish a fixed start or end date.
