There are four school lockers with listed combinations in Silent Hill f. Asakura Ayumi’s is the only one needed to progress, and its code depends on puzzle difficulty: 534 on Story, 865 on Hard, or 399 on Lost in the Fog. The optional lockers are Aoi Takeshi’s 401, Suga Yosie’s 505, and Tsuchiya Taiko’s 377.
All school locker codes and rewards
| Locker | Code | Required? | Reward or significance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Asakura Ayumi | Story: 534 (SEA) Hard: 865 (BUS) Lost in the Fog: 399 (EGG) |
Yes | Key Cabinet Key, which opens a cabinet in the teachers’ office. |
| Aoi Takeshi | 401 (AOI) | No | Origami of Grievances, which gives a hint for Suga’s locker. |
| Suga Yosie | 505 (SOS) | No | School Bag upgrade. |
| Tsuchiya Taiko | 377 | No | Wolf Omamori. |
The codes and progression details are listed in Silent Hill Memories’ puzzle guide and its walkthrough; GamingBolt’s guide also confirms the combinations and the required locker.
How to reach the locker room
- Complete the second-floor classroom Secret Box puzzle and use the Second Floor Classroom Generic Key to enter the southeast classroom.
- Take the Old Annex Main Gate Key from the teacher’s podium.
- Enter the Old Annex and search the last classroom on the left. Take Asakura’s Textbook and the Locker Room Key from the desk; the textbook contains Ayumi’s clue.
- Return to the first floor and use the Locker Room Key to enter the girls’ locker room.
How Ayumi’s locker puzzle works
Use the code for your selected puzzle difficulty: 534 for Story, 865 for Hard, or 399 for Lost in the Fog. Ayumi’s locker contains the Key Cabinet Key. Take it to the teachers’ office and use it on the cabinet there to obtain the Key to the Back Mountains, continuing the progression chain.
The locker notes use a student-made “girl code” that represents letters with number shapes. The guides show examples such as I=1, E=2, A=3, S=4, U=5, B=6, G=7, and O=8, with other letters and symbols represented by additional mappings. That is why Ayumi’s clue words decode as SEA, BUS, or EGG for the three difficulty settings. The optional codes decode similarly: AOI becomes 401 and SOS becomes 505. Taiko’s 377 is given as a fixed code rather than a word-to-number example.
What the optional lockers add
Aoi Takeshi: 401
Aoi’s locker gives the Origami of Grievances, which provides a clue to Suga’s combination.
Suga Yosie: 505
Suga’s locker contains a School Bag upgrade. On a later New Game+ run, if you have already obtained the upgrade, the reward can instead be Shriveled Abura-age.
