In AION2 Global, an item sold to an NPC shop or deleted by mistake may be eligible for recovery once per account per year. You must request help through PLAYNC customer support within 15 days of the loss, and recovery is not guaranteed. A failed enhancement and a marketplace error are among the losses the policy says cannot be restored.
Check how the item was lost
AION2 Global’s Operation Policy distinguishes between different kinds of loss. “Destroyed” is not a single recovery category: mistaken deletion is listed as eligible, but an item lost when enhancement fails is not.

The policy schedule lists NPC-shop sales as eligible, but its general principles also exclude losses from normal sale or a user’s own fault. Treat a shop-sale request as conditional, not as an entitlement; the support team decides whether the case meets the policy.
Submit a request within 15 days
The policy says to apply through the customer center within 15 days from the date the game information was lost or altered. The period includes the day the loss occurred. Requests made later may be difficult to verify or take significant time.

- Identify the loss category. Note whether the item was sold to an NPC, deleted, lost to enhancement, involved in crafting, or affected by a marketplace action. The policy treats these differently.
- Open official support. Go to PLAYNC Support, select AION2 Global, and submit an inquiry. The portal may require you to log in. The official sources do not document a universal in-game recovery button or identical platform-specific menu path.
- Have the affected account holder submit it. The policy requires the account holder to make the request; another person cannot submit on their behalf.
- Describe what happened truthfully and when. Give a concise account and the approximate date. The policy relies on retained records to verify the loss; it does not publish a required checklist of form fields.
- Wait for support’s review. Submitting a request does not make restoration automatic.
What can prevent recovery?
- The deadline has passed: the stated request window is 15 days, including the loss date.
- There is no verifiable record: the policy says a loss without a retained record cannot be restored.
- The loss type is excluded: examples include failed enhancement, unwanted completed crafting, and marketplace errors.
- The annual allowance has already been used: listed sale, deletion, extraction, and material-conversion cases are limited to once per account per year.
- The request falls under a policy restriction: the policy says restoration is not guaranteed and may be restricted for intentional losses or items that present exploit risks.
Do not apply a Korea-specific exception to Global
An official AION2 Korea notice addressed a particular NPC-shop selling-configuration problem. For qualifying players affected by that incident, the notice directed them to one-to-one customer support and said the restoration would not consume the annual allowance. That was a region- and incident-specific exception; it does not establish a waiver for ordinary mistakes or for AION2 Global. See the AION2 Korea notice for that local context.
