To repeat a YouTube playlist while watching on your JioFiber-connected PC, open a video in the playlist, expand the playlist panel beside the player, and click Loop. That repeats the playlist in your browser; it does not start a YouTube Live broadcast. To send prerecorded videos out as a continuous live stream, you need a creator live setup and a playback/encoding source.
First decide what “rotate a YouTube Live playlist” means

JioFiber is the internet connection for the PC. It does not add a YouTube playlist control or turn browser playback into a live broadcast.
Repeat a playlist while watching on your PC
- Open a video that belongs to the playlist you want to repeat.
- Expand the playlist panel beside the player.
- In the playlist box, click Loop.
YouTube Help says the video or playlist will repeat continuously when Loop is enabled. The playlist Loop control is different from Autoplay: Autoplay selects another video after the current one ends, while Loop repeats the selected playlist. YouTube says Autoplay stops automatically after four hours when you are on Wi-Fi; that limit is not a stated limit on the playlist Loop control.
Broadcast prerecorded videos as YouTube Live
A continuous YouTube Live broadcast is a creator workflow, not a viewer-player setting. YouTube lists webcam and encoder options for creating live streams. With an encoder setup, you configure the broadcast and send a live feed from the encoding software. For prerecorded videos, the playback and encoding source must provide the material being sent; confirm in the current documentation for your chosen encoder that it supports the playlist or looping behavior you need.

What a local-PC setup depends on
If you use a PC as the source, the PC, playback source, encoder, power, and internet connection need to remain available while the broadcast runs. If the PC sleeps or the software stops, the local feed can be interrupted. JioFiber does not manage the broadcast, and no JioFiber-specific speed, uptime, or router requirement for this setup is established here.
Keep the PC available during a long session
On Windows 11, open Settings > System > Power & battery and review the screen and sleep controls for the power mode you will use. Screen timeout and system sleep are separate settings. If you are broadcasting from a laptop, also check what happens when its lid is closed. Preventing sleep can keep local playback or an encoder from being interrupted, but it does not guarantee an uninterrupted internet connection or live stream.

Troubleshoot playback and connection problems
- Playlist playback buffers: Update the browser, close unnecessary tabs, and try a different connection. YouTube notes that a wired connection may help compared with Wi-Fi. Ethernet is optional, not a requirement for playlist looping, and does not guarantee better performance on every connection.
- The PC stops playing or broadcasting: Check its sleep settings and, for a laptop, its lid action. Confirm that the playback source and encoder are still running.
- The live program has network interruptions: YouTube notes that network congestion can affect live programming even when a connection otherwise seems good. No exact speed threshold or JioFiber performance guarantee is established for this use.
- You expected Loop to create a live broadcast: Loop only repeats playback for viewers in the browser. Set up a creator live broadcast and send it a feed from a playback/encoding source instead.
