To protect your progress while considering a reroll in Heroes of Crown: Legends, first confirm which login holds your existing account and make sure you can still access it. Ujoy Games Support explains how to link and recover accounts, but its help pages do not document a guaranteed reroll method that preserves an established profile. Treat any new-profile attempt as conditional—not as a safe, confirmed feature.
Before attempting a reroll, secure your existing account
- In the game, open Player Info → Settings → Account Binding. Ujoy says only a guest account that is not already linked can be linked. Its listed binding choices are Apple ID, Google account, and Ujoy account. See Ujoy Games Support’s account-linking instructions.
- Identify the login method attached to the profile you want to keep, and verify you can sign in with it. Ujoy says linked accounts can be accessed on different devices; guest accounts cannot be logged into on another device. Check Ujoy’s device-login guidance.
- Do not assume you can move the binding later. Ujoy says its support team cannot unlink an account or link it to a different login method once it is already linked. Read the account-binding limitation.
Menu labels can vary by platform, region, or app version. If you cannot find the stated path or tell which account is active, stop and use the game’s in-app support before changing account settings.
Can you reroll without losing your current progress?
The official support pages reviewed do not confirm a no-loss reroll feature, a way to clone a profile, or a supported workflow for keeping multiple profiles. They also do not establish that changing servers, clearing app data, or reinstalling creates a safe fresh start. A separate guest or login route is only a possibility if your installed build offers it and you have already verified that your existing linked account remains accessible.
Ujoy’s password-recovery guidance mentions Player Info → Change Account for returning to the login screen. That is a way to reach an account login screen, not confirmation of a reroll feature or a method for preserving or duplicating a profile. If you use it, sign back into the login method you verified for your existing progress.

Linked account, guest account, and deletion: what differs?

What not to do to “reset” the game
- Do not uninstall or reset your device to create a reroll. Ujoy warns that progress may be lost after reinstalling or resetting when the account is not linked. Its recovery guidance distinguishes linked and unlinked accounts: Will my progress be saved after reinstalling the game?
- Do not clear app data on the assumption that your profile is backed up. The support material reviewed does not verify that this preserves progress or produces a new profile.
- Do not delete your game account to reroll. Completed deletion removes the character and purchased items without recovery, according to Ujoy.
- Do not bind your established account to a different login method expecting an easy undo. Ujoy says support cannot move an existing binding to another method.
If you have already lost access to your progress
Avoid further resets or deletion requests. Contact the game’s in-app support and explain which login methods you used and what changed before the account became inaccessible. Ujoy’s guidance warns that unlinked guest progress may be difficult to recover; support material does not guarantee recovery.
