Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteTo run a continuous YouTube stream of recorded Gujarati church worship, first confirm that you have permission for every song, recording and video in both the live broadcast and any replay. Then enable YouTube Live in advance, play the cleared recordings through a computer-based encoder, create and monitor the broadcast, and decide whether YouTube should record it for later viewing. A continuous feed still needs a person responsible for copyright warnings, interruptions and playback checks.
Clear the music and video rights before you stream
Do not assume that Gujarati-language worship music is public domain or that permission to perform a song in church covers a commercial recording of it. The church’s country, repertoire, recording owners and existing licences are not specified, so no single licence can be recommended for every Gujarati church.
For each recording, make an inventory of the underlying composition and lyrics, any arrangement or translation, the actual sound recording, the video and any artwork. Identify who controls each right and check the written permissions for the intended territories, YouTube live transmission, continuous or repeated use, and archived availability. YouTube’s Livestream terms and conditions require the channel to have the necessary rights for live content, including relevant music rights.
“You represent and warrant that You have all necessary rights for the exploitation of the Live Content on the Google Services throughout the world, including, without limitation, music licensing rights from artists, record labels, publishers (including public performance licenses) and any other royalty participants.”

This is YouTube/Google’s wording in its official livestream terms. A permission that covers live worship performance may not cover a commercially released recording, continuous use, or the replay. Check each right and intended use rather than relying on a general description such as “church music licence.”
The Church of England’s article on going live from Zoom to YouTube and Facebook describes a CCLI Streaming Licence example for its own context and says commercially available CDs or recordings need specific rights-holder permission. It is a prompt to check local rules, not proof that a licence covers a Gujarati church’s songs, recordings or country.

Prepare the YouTube channel before the first broadcast
YouTube for Artists says a channel’s first live stream requires live-streaming enablement and verification at least 24 hours before the planned broadcast. Its path is Create → Go live → Enable, followed by phone-number verification. See YouTube for Artists’ going-live guidance.
- Enable and verify live streaming. Complete the channel steps at least 24 hours before your first planned stream.
- Schedule or create a test broadcast. Use an unlisted test to check the full path before announcing a public continuous feed.
- Check what viewers will see and hear. Confirm the video and audio, the stream’s stability, and the public-facing title and description.
- Assign a monitor. Name a person who can watch for platform warnings, verify that the recording is progressing, and respond if the stream stops.
Choose a playback and encoding setup
The basic chain is recorded video → media player → encoder → YouTube Live. The player supplies the worship recording; the encoder packages and sends its audio and video to YouTube. Google’s overview of broadcasts and streams describes the stream as the feed transmitted to YouTube and includes the 24/7 case as an ongoing broadcast.

The reviewed official materials do not certify a particular encoder application, playlist automation method, operating system, restart configuration, bitrate, resolution or keyframe interval. Choose software and settings that match your computer and current YouTube setup, then test them with the actual media and connection. Do not treat an untested playlist or automatic restart as a guarantee of continuous service.
One computer or separate playback and encoding machines?
| Setup | What it means | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| One computer | The same computer plays the authorized recordings and runs the encoder. | Fewer components and no capture card when the signal stays within that computer. |
| Separate source and encoder | A playback device sends its output to a separate computer that encodes and streams it. | Can isolate the signal path, but adds equipment and potential failure points; a capture card may be needed depending on the devices and connections. |
Inventory existing equipment before buying hardware. An HDMI capture card is only a possible requirement when the playback or camera source is external to the encoding computer. If one is needed, match it to the source’s resolution and frame rate, connection, operating system and available ports. No particular model is established as necessary.

Create the broadcast and monitor the live feed
- In YouTube Studio, create a live broadcast and configure its stream and encoder using the current options presented for the channel.
- Connect the encoder to the broadcast. Use the stream details provided by YouTube; keep the stream key private and only enter it into the encoder or service you trust to send the feed.
- Start the player and encoder, then confirm YouTube is receiving data. Do not treat the broadcast as ready merely because the media is playing locally.
- Watch the test and the public feed. Check that playback advances, audio remains present, and the picture is stable. Keep a person responsible for acting on warnings or an outage.
Google’s broadcast lifecycle documentation and its API examples explain how broadcasts and streams relate. The documented pattern for associating another broadcast with an ongoing 24/7 feed is an API/developer approach, not a simple end-user recipe for playlist automation.

A live-only feed and an archived replay are different publishing choices. Decide before launch whether viewers should be able to replay the continuous broadcast, and make sure your permissions cover that use as well as the live transmission.

| Choice | What to plan for |
|---|---|
| Live availability without a planned replay | Set expectations for viewers and confirm the broadcast configuration matches that intention. |
| Archived replay | Plan for recording, DVR and the length and usability of the resulting archive; confirm rights for archived availability. |
In the LiveBroadcasts API reference, recordFromStart controls recording and enableDvr controls viewer DVR. The documentation says both should be true for immediate playback after the broadcast ends. YouTube also notes that processing delay for a completed broadcast relates to its length. For a continuous channel, verify current platform behavior and practical archive limits before promising a permanent, easy-to-navigate replay.
Prepare for copyright checks during and after the stream
YouTube scans live content for third-party matches. A match may cause a warning, replacement of the live picture with a placeholder, interruption or termination of the stream. An archived broadcast may also receive a Content ID claim after it ends. See YouTube Help on copyright issues with live streams.
- Keep written licences, the track list and rights-holder contact details available to the person monitoring the feed.
- If you have permission but the stream is still matched, ask the rights owner whether they can add the channel to their Content ID allowlist. A licence alone may not prevent an automated interruption.
- Check the archive after the broadcast, because a claim can arrive after the live transmission has ended.

- Nothing has to stay on at home; the stream runs from the cloud.
- Your upload streams as made, up to 4K 60fps, at one flat price per slot, without re-encoding or quality tiers.
- StreamNeo automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream.
- The first day is free with no card, once per account. The monthly option is $9.99 per month.
For Indian churches, UPI and cards are accepted; card checkout is available worldwide. See StreamNeo pricing for the available billing lengths and details. Rights clearance still applies to every uploaded recording and any replay.
