To schedule a 24/7 YouTube stream of recorded Hindi church sermons, create a scheduled event in YouTube Studio, then connect an encoder or cloud service that sends the recordings to it. Scheduling creates the event page; it does not play or loop sermon files by itself. First confirm the channel is eligible, clear rights for every recording and music track, and test the feed before sharing the event.
Before you schedule: check channel eligibility and rights
Confirm livestream access
YouTube’s general eligibility guidance says a channel must be verified and have had no livestreaming restrictions in the previous 90 days. First-time livestream activation can take up to 24 hours, so enable it well before the planned launch. If the channel has an active restriction, do not try to get around it by streaming through another channel. See YouTube’s live streaming requirements.
Clear the sermon and music rights
Check that the church has the rights needed to transmit and archive each recording, including any hymns, worship music, performance, images, or other third-party material included in it. Owning a sermon recording does not by itself establish rights to all content within it. YouTube’s Livestream terms and conditions place responsibility for necessary rights, including applicable music licensing rights, on the person or organization providing the live content; the content must also comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
Choose what the 24/7 stream will play
Decide which sermons to include, their order, and whether they should repeat. Keep the original recordings separately, and check that the encoder or service you choose can handle the intended playlist and continuous operation. The scheduled YouTube event is not a playlist player; a separate encoder or compatible service must send the video feed.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Plan separately for people who want to find a particular sermon later. YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived, while DVR rewind may be limited or unavailable for very long streams, including streams longer than 12 hours. A single continuous 24/7 event is therefore not a dependable replacement for separately published sermon videos or shorter streams when easy on-demand access matters. See YouTube’s encoder streaming guide and DVR guidance.
Schedule the event in YouTube Studio
- In YouTube Studio, select Create → Go Live.
- Open the Manage tab and select Schedule stream.
- Create a new event or reuse settings from a previous stream. Enter the title, description, visibility, start time, and other details available for the event, then save.
- Open the saved event and share its watch page with the congregation ahead of time. YouTube says scheduled streams may appear as upcoming in subscriber feeds, where viewers can choose Notify me.
These steps create the YouTube event, not the outgoing sermon feed. YouTube’s instructions are in its scheduled livestream help.

Connect a local encoder or a cloud service
Using an encoder you operate
- Open the scheduled stream in YouTube Studio’s Live Control Room and retrieve its stream URL and stream key.
- In your encoder’s streaming settings, enter the YouTube stream URL and key. YouTube describes the key as the credential that lets an encoder send video to your channel, so keep it private and reset it if it is exposed.
- Load the sermon recording or playlist into the encoder and configure it to send the feed continuously. Exact controls depend on the encoder; confirm that it can repeat the selected material and remain active for the period you need.
- Check the scheduled stream’s auto-start and auto-stop settings. If enabled, YouTube says they let the encoder start or stop the stream; do not assume that merely scheduling an event starts playback.
YouTube lists OBS among encoder options. Its encoder guidance also describes cloud-based tools for streaming prerecorded video continuously, including Gyre. Those examples are not a comparative endorsement; verify any provider’s current YouTube integration, looping, scheduling, monitoring, recovery, and pricing directly. See YouTube’s encoder setup guidance and its regional encoder information.
Test the feed before announcing the launch
- YouTube recommends setting up the encoder stream at least two hours before the event and starting the encoder at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start.
- Preview the incoming video in Live Control Room. Check that the event opens from the channel and its watch page, including on a phone.
- Listen for clear, continuous audio and check that video is visible and playing as intended.
- Make sure the outgoing bitrate fits the available upload bandwidth. YouTube recommends leaving 20% headroom rather than using the full connection capacity.
These are YouTube’s operating recommendations, not a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Its streaming tips cover bandwidth and testing.

Troubleshoot common launch problems
- The channel cannot go live: verify the channel and check for a livestream restriction. If livestreaming was just enabled for the first time, activation may take up to 24 hours.
- The event page exists but no sermon plays: scheduling alone does not send video. Start and configure the encoder or cloud service with the correct stream URL and key.
- The encoder cannot connect: check that the URL and key belong to the intended event, the key has not been reset, and the encoder is using the correct connection settings. If a key may have been exposed, reset it and update the encoder.
- The stream stops or looks unstable: check the encoder’s connection and whether the upload link has enough available bandwidth for the selected bitrate, with YouTube’s recommended 20% headroom. Review auto-start and auto-stop settings if the encoder is controlling starts and stops.
- Viewers cannot rewind to an earlier sermon: DVR behavior may be limited on very long streams, including streams over 12 hours. Publish the sermon separately if viewers need dependable access to that individual recording.
- A recording or music track raises a rights concern: pause and verify the church’s rights for the complete recording and all included third-party material before continuing.
