To schedule a prerecorded Hindi video as a YouTube livestream in OneStream Live, connect your YouTube channel, open Pre-recorded Stream, add the video, choose how many times it should repeat (up to 60), select YouTube, enter the stream details, and schedule the broadcast. The repeat setting loops the video inside one broadcast; it is different from scheduling a new broadcast every week or running a continuous 24/7 stream.
Schedule a Hindi video as a YouTube livestream
- Connect your YouTube channel. In OneStream Live, open Social Platforms, choose Add Platform or Connect beside YouTube, select the account and channel category, and complete the connection. Confirm the account appears under Social Platforms.
- Open the prerecorded workflow. From the dashboard, select Pre-recorded Stream, then Add Videos. OneStream documents video sources including your device, OneStream storage, and cloud storage such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
- Select the video and set its loop count. Choose the Hindi video and set how many times it should play during this broadcast. OneStream Live’s 2026 help article documents a maximum of 60 loops.
- Choose YouTube as the destination. Select the connected YouTube channel from the social destinations and continue.
- Enter the stream details. Add a clear title and description that tell viewers what the Hindi broadcast contains. The instructions call for stream details but do not document a Hindi-specific setting or field.
- Schedule the broadcast. Choose Schedule Broadcast, set the intended start time in the scheduling flow, and complete the schedule.
Optional YouTube settings and Hindi captions
Depending on the channel and options available in the scheduling flow, OneStream documents a YouTube-only DVR option so viewers can pause and rewind. It also describes an option to enable ads, which applies only if the channel is eligible for monetization. Advanced scheduling is documented as available on Standard and higher-tier plans; check current plan eligibility in your account because availability can change.
If Hindi captions matter, prepare and verify the Hindi text separately. OneStream’s product page advertises captions supplied through SRT files or manual text, but that does not establish automatic Hindi speech recognition or translation. The cited instructions also do not promise automatic captions or a particular language label for the livestream.

Schedule separate weekly or recurring broadcasts
If you want the same show to start as a new broadcast each week, use Repeat Stream rather than increasing the video’s loop count. Schedule the prerecorded stream, enable Repeat Stream, set the frequency and days-or-weeks interval, choose the number of occurrences, then schedule it. OneStream documents the same settings in its mobile-app instructions.

Set up a continuous 24/7 broadcast
For a continuous channel, select OneStream’s separate 24-hour Stream workflow, choose the content, enable the YouTube channel, enter stream details, choose immediate or future scheduling, set the duration, and schedule. The documented maximum is 30 days per stream, and the feature is limited to YouTube and Enterprise according to OneStream’s 2026 help page. Confirm eligibility in your account before relying on it.
Copyright and channel checks before scheduling
- Make sure you have the rights and permissions needed to livestream the video and any included music, artwork, or other material. A prerecorded format does not remove copyright obligations.
- Review YouTube’s current live-streaming rules and the channel’s monetization eligibility before enabling ads. OneStream’s ad option does not itself make a channel eligible.
- Use an accurate title and description, and check the scheduled event and destination channel before the broadcast begins.
- If using captions, review the prepared Hindi text for accuracy and timing rather than assuming automatic transcription or translation.
Troubleshooting schedule and loop problems
- YouTube is missing from destinations: return to Social Platforms and confirm the intended account and channel are connected. Reconnect through Add Platform or Connect if necessary.
- The video does not repeat as expected: check the loop count in the Pre-recorded Stream setup. The documented maximum is 60 within one broadcast; a recurring schedule is configured separately with Repeat Stream.
- You expected one event per week but got repeats in one event: use Repeat Stream to schedule separate broadcasts and choose the interval and occurrence count.
- The 24/7 option is unavailable: OneStream documents the 24-hour Stream feature as YouTube-only and Enterprise-only, with a 30-day maximum duration. Check current plan availability in the account.
- Hindi captions are absent or inaccurate: automatic Hindi captions are not established by the cited OneStream information. Prepare or verify an SRT file or manual caption text, then follow the current caption instructions.
