Instead, create separate playlists to organize the bhajans, then schedule each video individually in YouTube Studio for its intended release date, time, and time zone.
Plan morning and evening release times
Choose times in the time zone that matters to your intended viewers, and use that time zone consistently when scheduling. Treat morning and evening as a publishing plan to test against your channel’s own audience behavior—not as universal “best” times. YouTube’s scheduling controls let you choose a date, time, and time zone, but its help pages do not establish an optimal posting hour for bhajan channels. YouTube Help: Schedule video publish time
You might, for example, reserve one release time for morning devotional listening and another for evening listening. Consider the audience’s location, the type and duration of each video, and your own channel’s response when deciding what to publish in each slot.
Create separate playlists for the two slots
- In YouTube Studio, select Create, then New playlist.
- Give the playlist a clear title, such as “Morning Bhajans” or “Evening Bhajans.” These are examples, not required YouTube labels.
- Add an optional description, choose the visibility and arrangement, add the relevant videos, and create the playlist.
- Repeat for the other slot, then check that each playlist contains the intended videos and has the right visibility for its audience.
YouTube’s playlist controls organize and display videos; they do not make the playlist itself go public on a morning or evening timer. A private playlist will not serve as a public destination for viewers. YouTube Help: Create and manage playlists

Schedule each bhajan video in YouTube Studio
- Upload the video, or select an existing video in YouTube Studio.
- Open the video’s scheduling controls and set the intended publication date, time, and time zone.
- Save the schedule. The video stays private until its selected release time.
- Repeat for every video you want to release in a morning or evening slot.
Scheduling applies to each video, not to a playlist as a recurring publishing unit. Check each scheduled video’s date and time before relying on the plan. YouTube says a Community Guidelines strike can prevent a scheduled video from publishing during the penalty period; it remains private and must be rescheduled after that period ends. Check playlist order, visibility, and displayed dates
Arrange the listening order separately
After scheduling, open each playlist and reorder its videos by dragging them into the sequence you want. Scheduling a video does not set or change its position in a playlist. YouTube’s mobile app also supports playlist creation and management; reordering by dragging is unavailable for playlists containing only Shorts. Account for the watch-page date
YouTube says the date displayed beneath a public video is based on Pacific Standard Time. If your chosen local time zone is ahead of PST, the date shown on the public watch page can differ from the date shown in Studio. If that displayed date matters to your schedule, check the planned release against PST as well as your local time. YouTube Help: Schedule video publish time
Optional: use a series playlist for a sequence
A series playlist is intended for an official set of videos viewers should watch together; it is not necessary for ordinary morning and evening categories. YouTube requires a verified account, allows a video to appear in only one series playlist, and restricts the playlist to videos uploaded by the channel owner who has the rights to them. Optional: schedule a Community announcement
If you want to announce a devotional release or session, YouTube lets you schedule a Community post by choosing a date, time, and time zone. This schedules the post—not the playlist or its videos—so schedule the videos separately. YouTube Help: Schedule a Community post
