There isn’t one page that shows every Fortnite transaction. For purchases processed by Epic, go to Account > Transactions > Purchase at EpicGames.com. To check recent Fortnite cosmetic purchases, use Return or Cancel Purchase in Fortnite or the online Item Shop; that list covers only the last 30 days. Purchases made through a console or another storefront must be checked with that store.
Choose the history you need
Fortnite purchase records are split by who processed the payment and what you want to verify. Use this guide to choose the right place:

- Epic-processed purchase, subscription, code redemption, or V-Bucks card redemption: check Epic account Transactions.
- Recent Fortnite cosmetic purchase: check Return or Cancel Purchase in Fortnite or the Item Shop; it shows purchases from the last 30 days, not a lifetime cosmetic history.
- Purchase made through PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, or Samsung Galaxy Store: check that storefront’s transaction record.
- How you spent V-Bucks: Epic does not currently provide an item-by-item spending history.
See purchases processed by Epic
- Go to EpicGames.com and sign in to the Epic Games account used for the purchase.
- Open the profile menu and choose Account.
- Select Transactions, then Purchase.
- Scroll down and select Show More to load older entries.
Epic’s Transactions page can include purchases, subscriptions, code redemptions, and V-Bucks card redemption history. It is not a universal record of transactions processed by other storefronts. Epic’s purchase-history instructions describe the account steps and the Show More option.
Check recent Fortnite cosmetic purchases
In Fortnite
- Open Fortnite and select the player or profile icon.
- Go to Settings, then Account and Privacy.
- Select Return or Cancel Purchase.
On the web
- Sign in to the Fortnite Item Shop.
- Open the profile icon and select Return or Cancel Purchase.
Epic’s current guidance says this view lists purchases from the last 30 days. It is intended for reviewing recent purchases for return or cancellation, not for seeing every cosmetic you have ever bought. If an update changes the exact menu sequence, look for the Account and Privacy and Return or Cancel Purchase labels. See Epic’s Fortnite purchase-history guidance and its recent refundable-purchases guidance.

- Redeemable on accounts in the United States and in U.S. Dollars.
- Gift card must be redeemed at EpicGames.com/redeem. This gift card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly on a console device (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc.)
- If you play Fortnite experiences on a console device, you need to link your Epic Games account to your console account(s) so items purchased at Fortnite.com/item-shop appear across all of your linked accounts
- Requires internet connection, valid Epic account and prior acceptance of the terms
- Redemption: Online
The 30-day display period is not the same as a refund deadline. Epic’s return guidance says Cancel Purchase may be available for 24 hours for an eligible Item Shop purchase that has not been used or equipped; an eligible Return Ticket may apply to items purchased within 30 days. Those are eligibility windows, not a way to retrieve older purchase records. Check Epic’s refund and return guidance for the conditions.
Find console and other storefront transactions
Epic says purchases made through PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Nintendo eShop, or Samsung Galaxy Store do not appear in Epic account Transactions. Look up the order in the storefront that processed the payment; the relevant store’s purchase record is the source for its transaction. Epic’s list of purchases excluded from Epic transaction history identifies these storefronts.

If you cannot tell which account or store was used, check the receipt email. Epic recommends using the receipt to identify the Epic account associated with a purchase and checking whether payment went through a console or third-party platform. See Epic’s receipt-finding guidance.
Check V-Bucks purchases separately from spending
Epic’s account Transactions page may show V-Bucks purchased through Epic and V-Bucks card redemptions. That tells you about V-Bucks acquired or redeemed; it does not show which cosmetics or other items used the balance. Epic states that there is currently no way to see how V-Bucks have been spent in Fortnite. Epic’s V-Bucks history guidance explains this distinction.

- An Epic Games account is required to redeem an Epic Games Store Card code
- If playing on a console platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch or Mobile) you need to link your Epic Games account to that gaming platform (one time) to redeem your gift card code
- The 16 digit code on the back of the card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly through your gaming platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch, Mobile, etc.)
- Note: Nintendo devices do not support Fortnite Shared Wallet, so V-Bucks purchased using your account balance will not show up on your Nintendo device. However, if you purchase items in the web Item Shop — or another platform where you play Fortnite — those items will be available in your Locker across all platforms.
- Redemption: Online
If a purchase or V-Bucks balance is missing
- Confirm the account: make sure you are signed in to the Epic account associated with the receipt.
- Confirm the payment route: if you paid through a console or another storefront, check that store’s transaction record rather than relying on Epic’s Transactions page.
- For missing V-Bucks: restart Fortnite, verify that you are using the correct Epic account and the same platform used for the purchase, then check the transaction record for completion.
- For a console purchase problem: Epic directs PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo purchase issues to the respective platform’s support team for investigation or refund help.
Follow Epic’s missing V-Bucks troubleshooting steps if the balance still does not appear.
