Open Constitution in your character’s build details to see what an illness or sprain is affecting and whether it can self-heal. Mild conditions may clear over time, and some have a specific action that helps; if you need treatment sooner, visit Yao Yaoyao at Evercare Clinic in Qinghe or ask another player with the Healer/Doctor career.
Check the condition in Constitution first
- Open the character menu and go to the current build or development section.
- Open Details, then select Constitution.
- Read the condition, its affected body category, the displayed effect, and whether it says “Self-Heal Possible.”
Constitution identifies effects associated with Mind, Organs, Meridians, or Muscles. A basic sprain, for example, is described as a Muscles condition that reduces Endurance recovery. Check your own displayed penalty rather than assuming a universal percentage. [All Things How]
When to let an illness or sprain self-heal
If Constitution marks the condition as self-healable and its effect is manageable, you may be able to wait: mild conditions can diminish over time. Some conditions also have a specific action or environmental cue. One guide gives contact with water as an example for a particular mental or environmental ailment; it is not a general cure for every illness or sprain. Follow the cue shown for your condition rather than applying an example indiscriminately.
After waiting or trying the indicated action, open Constitution again. Do not assume the condition has cleared until its entry and associated penalty are gone.
Choose a treatment route

Visit Evercare Clinic
- Travel to Evercare Clinic in Qinghe and speak with Yao Yaoyao.
- Select the illness or injury you want treated.
- Review the price shown in the current game and confirm the treatment.
- Reopen Constitution to verify the condition and its effect have cleared.
The approximately 10,000 Zhou Coin amount is a guide-reported estimate, not a guaranteed current fee. Treat the in-game prompt as authoritative.
Request treatment from another player
In online mode, request help from a player with the Healer/Doctor career. They must accept, and the treatment uses a card-based mini-game. The cited guide describes this as a way to treat other players, not the healer’s own ailments. [All Things How]

Decide whether to treat it before combat
If an effect is severe, worsening, or disrupting play, a clinic visit or accepted player-healer treatment avoids relying on uncertain natural recovery. Before difficult combat, consider resolving conditions that impair endurance, mobility, or survivability; whether that is worthwhile depends on the penalty Constitution displays and how soon you need those stats.
