Streamlabs says it handles printing and shipping, so you can offer physical merch without buying inventory or arranging fulfillment yourself. The dashboard’s current catalog and labels may change, so confirm the available options in your account.
What you need before you start
- A Streamlabs account and access to its Merch Store dashboard.
- A logo or other artwork you have permission to use. You can create one with a design tool such as Canva or hire a designer; Streamlabs names both as optional routes.
- An idea of which products your audience might want and what price they can reasonably pay.
Use original or properly licensed artwork. A logo, game character, publisher mark, or other copyrighted material is not automatically yours to put on merchandise just because you stream or make videos about it.
Set up a product listing
- Open the store dashboard. Sign in at Streamlabs.com and open Merch Store.
- Choose how to create products. Add one product at a time, or use the Evergreen bundle option described by Streamlabs to create several products from one uploaded design. The current dashboard determines which products are available to your account.
- Select a product and its options. Choose a product category and any available variants, such as apparel colors.
- Upload and position your artwork. Use the editor’s guides to size and place the image. Streamlabs says the editor can also use image or text layers. Preview the design on the product before moving on.
- Enter listing details and price. Give the listing a clear name and set its retail price above the product’s minimum if you want a margin.
- Publish the listing. Review the product preview and listing details, then publish it to your store.
Choose products with the current catalog in mind
Catalog counts are not a permanent promise. In an April 25, 2025 guide, Streamlabs described its free options as 19 T-shirt types, two mug types, and four hoodie or sweatshirt types. That guide said Streamlabs Ultra users had access to additional premium products, including backpacks, notebooks, hats, bean bags, phone cases, tote bags, and mousepads. Check the dashboard for the products and plan access currently available to you.
A single design can work across several products, but check how it appears on each item and variant. A layout that reads well on a shirt may need repositioning or a different scale on a mug or other product.

Set a price that leaves room for fees
Streamlabs says each item has a minimum retail price. Selling at that minimum produces no creator profit; pricing above it leaves the difference as profit, less standard PayPal fees. In Streamlabs’ example, a T-shirt with a $15 minimum retail price listed at $25 yields $10 before PayPal fees. That is not a promise of $10 net earnings, and the guide does not specify the fee amount.
- Think about what your audience may consider affordable, not only the largest possible margin.
- Use the product’s displayed minimum to understand the starting point for your price.
- Do not describe the price difference as take-home earnings until fees and any other account-specific costs are accounted for.
Streamlabs says creators can buy their own merch at a lower price to inspect print and product quality. Consider ordering a sample before promoting a design heavily; this is a useful check, not a guarantee of how every order will look.

Customize the storefront
After adding at least one item, Streamlabs says you can customize the store with a clean, grid, or card layout; an avatar or text header; a banner; product categories; a theme; background color; font; and font color. The setup guide suggests a banner size of 1106 × 508 pixels. Treat that as the guide’s recommendation and check the current editor for its displayed requirements.
Publish, then put the store link where viewers will see it
Once the listing and storefront are ready, share the store link in places where your audience already finds your content. Streamlabs suggests a tip page and Twitch panels; for YouTube, its guide recommends video descriptions or live-stream descriptions.

What to expect from printing and shipping
Streamlabs says it handles ordering, packing, printing, and shipping. Its setup guide estimates printing and shipping usually take 3–7 business days; that is the vendor’s estimate, not a delivery guarantee, and destination, current product details, and shipping conditions may matter. The same guide described a network of three fulfillment centers—two in the United States and one in Europe—but that is a vendor-reported description, not independently verified current infrastructure. Check current product and shipping information for the buyer’s destination rather than promising a delivery date or customs outcome.
The setup guide also says 99% of its merch is printed using direct-to-garment (DTG), without giving a reporting period or independent methodology. Treat that as Streamlabs’ own reported figure, not an independently measured quality claim.
