To sign in to an existing Clash Royale account, open the game, go to Settings, choose Supercell ID, and log in with the email address linked to the account. Supercell ID uses a fresh email verification code for each login—not a password.
Sign in with Supercell ID
- Open Clash Royale and tap the Settings button.
- Open the Supercell ID option. If you already have an ID, choose the login option.
- Enter the email address connected to your Clash Royale account.
- Check that email for a new verification code, then enter the code in the game. Supercell ID does not use a password; Supercell explains the process in its Supercell ID sign-in guide.
- If the game asks whether to remember the device, choose based on whether you want to make future account switching easier on that device.
Use the email linked to the game progress you want to load. If you enter a different email or select another saved account, the game may open a different profile.

Switch to another Clash Royale account
Supercell recommends using Supercell ID to switch between multiple Supercell game accounts on one device. In Clash Royale, open Settings, tap Supercell ID, and select the account you want to load. If the account is not already available on the device, log in with its linked email and the fresh verification code.
Where did the Google sign-in option go?
Google Play Games account selection is managed through the Play Games app or your device settings, rather than as a Clash Royale Supercell ID login. Supercell’s Google Play Games account guide explains how to choose a default account or have the device ask which account to use. Menu names and locations can differ by Android version and app version, so follow the labels currently shown on your device.

If your account progress is missing or you cannot sign in
If the account was linked to Supercell ID
Open the in-game Supercell ID menu and sign in with the email connected to the missing progress. If Account Protection is enabled, Supercell says you may use SMS verification or a Recovery Code when contacting Support.
If the account was not linked
Contact Supercell Support from Clash Royale: open Settings, choose Help and Support, then use the contact control in the top-right corner. If you cannot access the in-game support flow, the Clash Royale contact page says you can continue without logging in.

Support may be able to help if it can verify that you own the account; recovery is not guaranteed. Be ready to provide identifying details such as your Player ID or tag, account name and level, clan information if relevant, and purchase transaction IDs. If Support needs to change the account email, it may ask for an address that is not already connected to a Supercell ID. See Supercell’s lost-account recovery guidance.

Do not post a verification or Recovery Code publicly, or give it to a third-party account-recovery service. Supercell says these codes should only be shared with Supercell Support. Account Protection and SMS recovery are not available to every account or in every region.

If an Account Protection SMS code does not arrive
- Check that your mobile network is stable and that your phone can receive SMS messages.
- Try toggling airplane mode off and on.
- On Android, check the SMS spam folder if your messaging app has one.
- If you requested codes repeatedly, wait a couple of hours before trying again.
