EA selects participants, so submitting the form does not guarantee an invitation.
How to register for Battlefield Labs
- Create an EA Account or sign in to your existing account.
- Update your account information and link the platform account you intend to use: PC, PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X|S.
- Open the EA Playtesting Portal and choose the Battlefield Labs registration.
- Read and accept the playtesting terms and conditions, then submit your registration.
- Monitor the email address associated with your EA Account. If EA selects you, follow the invitation email and its instructions for joining the official Battlefield Discord.
Is Battlefield Labs invite-only?
Yes. Registration puts you forward for consideration; it does not reserve a place or guarantee access. EA says only a few thousand people were invited to the first stage, and selection is managed by EA Playtesting. Support advisers cannot manually grant access. If selected, look for an email from [email protected].

Does Battlefield Labs registration work in every region?
EA initially focused participation on Europe and North America and said Asia-Pacific participation would expand later. That does not establish current availability for every country or every session. Check the EA Playtesting Portal and official Battlefield channels for the latest registration and session information.
What happens if you are selected?
EA will contact selected participants by email and provide a link to the official Battlefield Discord, where it shares instructions. Keep your EA Account email current and check spam or junk folders while invitations are being sent. Session dates and invitation availability can change, so rely on EA’s current messages rather than assuming that an earlier announcement describes an open session.

What do Battlefield Labs testers do, and can they share footage?
EA describes Battlefield Labs as a place to test concepts and experiences with players. Participants may see unfinished content so their feedback can inform development before release, and EA says testing is governed by an NDA. Do not publish footage, screenshots, or details from a test unless the terms that apply to your participation expressly permit it.

EA announced Battlefield Labs on February 3, 2025, saying registration was open at battlefield.com/labs and that the first phase would begin with invited players in Europe and North America. That announcement is historical, not confirmation that registration or a particular session is currently open; use the EA Playtesting Portal for current status.
