Use the map’s Meow Meow filter to find them, then follow the location-by-location solutions below. The total and challenge breakdown come from 2025 game guides, not an official publisher count.
How to find and start Qinghe Meow Meow challenges
- Open the map and use the Meow Meow filter to reveal challenge locations. Track a challenge to make it easier to find.
- At the location, look for a glowing red sword beside the cat and interact with its hilt to start the activity.
- For a puzzle, wait for the Investigate prompt and inspect the nearby clue before trying actions. Some puzzles require a skill or item you may not have unlocked yet; mark those and return later.
The route below covers the 31 challenges and their reported objectives. Names, quotas and rewards can differ if an update changes the game, so use the on-screen objective as the final authority.
Complete the 14 Qinghe wisp runs
Run through the blue wisps before the timer expires. The guides report that you do not need to interact with each wisp, and routes contain more wisps than the required quota.

Glow of Fireflies, Meridian Touch and Celestial Seize are named as required abilities for their respective puzzles. If you lack a needed skill or item, leave that challenge for later rather than assuming the puzzle is broken.
Finish the four Bamboocut trials
Cut the required number of bamboo stalks before time runs out. One guide reports these quotas; another gives no numbers and calls the first location Bamboo Abode rather than Bamboo Home. Treat the names and counts as reported guide details, and trust the in-game objective counter if it differs.

A jump followed by a heavy attack can cut multiple stalks in one swing, according to the guide that reports the quotas.
Win the two cat chases
The listed chases are at Crimson Cliffs and Witherwilds. Follow the paw-print indicator and pass through the white rings along the route; the rings provide forward movement. Use Lightness Skills to keep pace with the cat.

A guide reports this completion bundle for each challenge: Echo Jade ×5, Meow Meow Bell ×5, Coin ×2,500, Oscillating Jade ×2, Character EXP ×2,500 and Qinghe Exploration Points ×30. These are guide-reported reward values; check the reward screen in your game in case a patch has changed them.
To spend Bells, visit the Qinghe Meow Meow Temple near Halo Peak, just north of the Path of Void Boundary Stone. Speak with the Meow Meow Priest to open the shop. Check each item’s displayed cost and remaining stock there; do not assume the shop restocks weekly.
