You can stream Telugu movie clips continuously in 4K at 60 fps by feeding a looping playlist into a YouTube-compatible encoder and sending it to YouTube Live. For 2160p60, YouTube recommends 35 Mbps with H.264; the video must also be cleared for live use in every territory you intend to reach. A working stream setup does not grant permission to broadcast movie footage.
Before you set up the stream, clear the clips
Confirm that you have the rights to livestream each clip on YouTube in the territories where viewers can watch it, for the full period you plan to stream. Check the rights for both the picture and the audio, including music and other licensed material. A general permission to use a film, or permission for a different format such as an edited upload, may not cover a continuous live broadcast.
YouTube scans live streams for third-party content. A match can replace the stream with a placeholder, issue a warning, interrupt or terminate the stream, or lead to a strike. Even if you have a license, YouTube says the stream can still be interrupted unless the rights holder adds your channel to its Content ID allowlist. Ask the relevant rights holder to confirm the license scope and allowlisting before you go live.
Rights clearance and monetization are separate questions. YouTube’s reused-content policy covers clips and compilations; having permission to use a clip does not by itself establish that a channel or stream qualifies for monetization.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Set up a 2160p60 YouTube Live encoder
YouTube accepts live video from software or standalone hardware encoders. The exact way to make a clip playlist repeat unattended depends on the encoder you choose: YouTube’s encoder setup guidance does not specify a particular application or playlist workflow. Check the encoder’s current documentation for looping, scheduling, unattended operation and recovery, then test the full workflow before relying on it.
- Enable live streaming. In YouTube Studio, open the live-streaming workflow and complete channel activation. First-time activation can take up to 24 hours, so do this well ahead of a scheduled broadcast.
- Create or schedule the stream. Use YouTube’s Live Control Room to create or schedule the event. Select the appropriate visibility and event details for your channel and audience.
- Connect the encoder. Enter the stream URL and stream key shown in YouTube’s live setup into the encoder. Treat the key like a password: do not share it or expose it in a public recording. If it is exposed, replace it in YouTube and update the encoder.
- Configure video output. Set the output resolution to 2160p (4K) and frame rate to 60 fps. For H.264, YouTube recommends a 35 Mbps bitrate at 2160p60. Its AV1/H.265 guidance lists a range of 10–40 Mbps for that resolution and frame rate. These are encoder-ingest settings, not a guarantee that every viewer can receive 4K; YouTube transcodes the incoming live feed into formats for viewers’ devices and network conditions.
- Use a stable bitrate and keyframes. Set rate control to CBR and the keyframe interval to 2 seconds; do not exceed 4 seconds. Use RTMP or RTMPS as supported by your encoder and YouTube stream setup.
- Build and test the playlist. Add only clips you are authorized to stream, set the encoder to loop or schedule them using its documented controls, and verify that playback transitions correctly. Test representative motion and audio at the intended 2160p60 settings, then check YouTube’s stream health before making the event public.
- Keep the stream monitored. A continuous playlist still depends on the encoder and its connection remaining healthy. Monitor stream health and make sure someone can respond to playback, connection or rights warnings.
Plan for 4K latency and archiving
YouTube’s low-latency option is unavailable for 4K, so a 2160p stream uses normal latency. Do not promise viewers near-real-time interaction based on low-latency settings when broadcasting at 4K.

YouTube can automatically archive 1440p and 2160p streams, but says streams longer than 12 hours may not be captured at all. For a long-running channel, plan deliberate stream segments and keep a local recording rather than treating one extremely long live event as a dependable archive.
Choose an encoder without guessing at hardware
No particular encoder model is established as the right choice for this setup. Compare software and hardware options against the actual requirements rather than buying a device simply because the stream is 4K:

- Can it loop or schedule a playlist of prerecorded clips unattended?
- Does it support 2160p60 and the codec and bitrate you intend to use?
- Can it handle YouTube’s stream URL, stream key and RTMPS if selected?
- Does it support local recording, and can you test the complete workflow before the event?
- What are its operating costs, and how will it behave after a connection drop?
Hardware purchases do not resolve copyright or Content ID issues. Confirm rights first, then test the encoder with representative files and the intended network before committing to a public broadcast.
