Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →To stream a prepared Hindi bhajan video on YouTube Live for an extended period, send the video through an encoder—software on a computer is enough—using the stream URL and key from YouTube Studio. First confirm you have the rights to every part of the recording, verify that your channel can go live, and test the feed. For an all-day broadcast, plan separately for the replay: YouTube says streams over 12 hours may not be captured at all.
Before you stream: clear the rights
Make sure you have permission to livestream every relevant element: the sound recording, composition, lyrics or translation, arrangement, images, and video. Calling a song a bhajan does not establish that a particular version is free to use. YouTube’s livestream terms make the broadcaster responsible for necessary rights, including music licensing rights.
YouTube scans live streams for third-party content. A match can cause a placeholder to replace the live feed, and unresolved content can interrupt or terminate the stream. Even if you have a licence, ask the rights owner whether your channel must be added to its Content ID allowlist to avoid an interruption. Rights depend on the specific work and recording, as well as applicable jurisdiction; check with the source owner if you are unsure.
Check that your channel is ready
YouTube’s live-streaming help says a channel must be verified and must not have had live-streaming restrictions in the previous 90 days. YouTube also says users must be at least 16 to livestream. Enabling live streaming for the first time can take up to 24 hours, so complete this check well before the planned broadcast.

Create the YouTube Live stream and get its key
- In YouTube Studio, select Create → Go Live. Create a new stream or schedule one, following the current Studio prompts.
- In Live Control Room, choose the encoder workflow and copy the YouTube server URL and stream key into your encoder’s streaming settings. Treat the key like a password: anyone with it may be able to send a feed to your stream.
- Start the encoder and wait for the incoming video to appear in Live Control Room. Check that the picture and audio are correct, then start the broadcast there if your stream settings require it.
YouTube’s encoder setup instructions describe this workflow. Interface labels can change, so follow the prompts currently shown in Studio.
Choose an encoder and settings for a video loop
Software or hardware
A software encoder running on a capable computer is a suitable way to send a prepared video feed. YouTube also supports standalone hardware encoders, but a dedicated device is optional, not a requirement. Consider hardware only if it suits your production or reliability needs; there is no single device required for a bhajan loop.

Match video settings to your source and connection
Use an encoder setting supported by YouTube and choose a resolution and frame rate your source and upload connection can sustain. YouTube’s recommended encoder settings specify RTMPS and give bitrate guidance by resolution, frame rate, and codec. As examples from its H.264 recommendations, YouTube lists 4 Mbps for 720p at 60 fps and 5 Mbps for 1080p at 30 fps. These are not universal targets: use the recommendation for your chosen combination, and do not assume a higher bitrate will help if your connection cannot maintain it.
YouTube recommends keeping the total streaming bitrate below your available upload bandwidth, with about 20% headroom. Test the actual loop and audio before the event, preview the incoming feed in Live Control Room, and monitor stream health while live. Upload speed can vary, so a successful short test is useful but does not guarantee an uninterrupted all-day connection.

Plan the all-day broadcast and its replay separately
A live transmission and its YouTube replay are separate concerns. YouTube says streams under 12 hours can be automatically archived; if a stream exceeds 12 hours, it may not be captured at all. If preserving a replay matters, record locally as a backup or schedule shorter sessions that stay under the threshold. Check the current Studio controls before scheduling, since platform behavior and interface details can change.
YouTube does not promise that an individual broadcast will remain uninterrupted all day. Test before going live, monitor stream health, and have a plan to restart the feed if the computer, encoder, or network fails.

Troubleshoot common problems
- No preview in Live Control Room: Check that the encoder is using the server URL and stream key for the selected stream, then confirm the encoder is actually sending. If the channel was only just enabled for live streaming, activation may still be pending.
- Video stutters or disconnects: Check the encoder’s bitrate against your actual upload capacity, reduce it if necessary, and preserve the recommended bandwidth headroom. Test the connection and encoder again before restarting the broadcast.
- Audio or picture is wrong: Inspect the source file and encoder inputs, then preview the feed in Live Control Room before going live. A successful connection alone does not confirm the intended audio and image are being sent.
- A copyright notice interrupts the feed: Review the matched material and confirm you have the necessary rights. If it is licensed, ask the rights owner whether your channel needs Content ID allowlisting; otherwise, remove or replace material you cannot authorize.
- No replay appears after a very long stream: A stream exceeding 12 hours may not be captured. Use a local recording or shorter planned sessions when an archive is important.
