LiveReacting’s public help article does not document a self-service way to switch an existing subscription from USD to INR. Start with the FastSpring account portal linked from LiveReacting’s invoice and payment-method help article, signing in with the email address you used to buy the subscription. If you cannot find an INR option, contact LiveReacting support before cancelling or subscribing again.
Check your LiveReacting billing account
- Open LiveReacting’s help article titled “Where do I find my invoices or change/update payment method?” Follow its link to the FastSpring account portal.
- Sign in with the email address used for the LiveReacting purchase. LiveReacting says this portal is where customers can find or edit payment information and get invoices. If the account is not found, its help article recommends contacting support.
- Look in the account and on the invoice for an explicit INR selection or currency-change action. Do not assume that changing your profile country will change the currency of an existing subscription.
LiveReacting’s public billing instructions do not describe a currency-switch control for an existing subscription. Its separate instructions for upgrades and downgrades from the Profile page concern plan changes; they do not establish that currency can be changed there.
Understand what an INR display means
FastSpring distinguishes the buyer’s transaction currency from a store’s base currency. Transaction currency is what a buyer sees and pays at checkout; base currency is used for the store’s pricing, reporting and payouts. FastSpring lists INR as a supported transaction currency and USD among its available base currencies, but does not list INR as a base currency.
FastSpring says checkout currency depends on the buyer’s location and the currencies the store has enabled. If a transaction currency is disabled, checkout falls back to the store’s base currency. So FastSpring’s general support for INR does not confirm that LiveReacting has enabled INR, or that an INR checkout display would change the currency attached to your existing recurring subscription.

Ask LiveReacting support before changing subscriptions
If the account portal shows no INR option, contact LiveReacting support and ask specifically:
- Can you change my current recurring subscription from USD to INR?
- Is the change available through the account portal, or does support need to make it?
- Would it affect my renewal date, taxes or current paid period?
- Would I need to cancel and subscribe again, and what would happen to my existing subscription if I did?
FastSpring documents merchant-level settings that can let customers switch the currency of a quote or invoice. That does not establish that LiveReacting has enabled the setting or that it changes an existing recurring subscription. FastSpring also documents INR UPI AutoPay for recurring subscriptions in India, but says merchant enablement is required and it is not enabled by default. This does not confirm that LiveReacting offers UPI AutoPay.
