There is no general Roblox setting documented for turning off auto-jump across all experiences. Open the specific experience and check its own settings or interface for an auto-jump toggle. If it has none, Roblox’s official guidance does not describe a player-side switch to disable the behavior.
Check the experience for an auto-jump setting

Open the Roblox experience where auto-jump is happening.

Look in that experience’s settings or on-screen interface for an auto-jump control. If the developer provides a toggle, use it there.

If you cannot find one, the experience may not offer players a way to change the behavior.

Roblox’s in-experience Settings and Help guide describes settings such as volume, camera, graphics, and accessibility, and Help content such as mobile gestures. It does not list a general auto-jump setting or give a player-facing sequence for disabling auto-jump globally.
Why auto-jump varies by experience
Auto-jump is the automatic jump a character may make when it hits an obstacle while using touch controls. Roblox Creator Hub describes the behavior for mobile devices; its Player reference says the property controls whether a mobile player’s character automatically jumps on obstacle contact. The StarterPlayer reference explains that the initial value is set for an experience and passed to joining players and their characters.

Because the experience controls this behavior, its developer can also provide a custom toggle. Roblox Creator Hub documents how an experience can change the player and current character settings through an interface button. That is why a toggle may be available in one experience but absent in another.

If there is no auto-jump control, consult the experience’s own help or contact its developer to ask whether the behavior can be changed.

Do not assume that changing Roblox’s camera mode, app settings, or your device’s accessibility settings will disable auto-jump; the official guidance cited here does not identify those as workarounds.

This guidance concerns automatic obstacle jumping with touch controls, not ordinary manual jumping. Roblox’s documentation does not establish that every experience enables auto-jump or that all mobile control schemes behave identically.
