Steam lists 40 achievements for Quarantine Zone: The Last Check. A detailed fan guide last updated January 19, 2026 covers 25, so it does not provide a verified walkthrough for the current full set. You can plan a quota-focused run and work through the achievements whose conditions Steam displays, but don’t guess at the remaining unlocks: Steam’s reviewed page shows names without descriptions for some entries.
What you need to know before planning a 100% run
Quarantine Zone: The Last Check is a single-player simulation and strategy game by Brigada Games, published by Devolver Digital and released on Steam on January 12, 2026. Its core activities—screening survivors, managing camp resources, researching samples, and defending against outbreaks—are reflected in several achievement conditions. Steam’s store page describes those gameplay systems.
Steam’s achievement page currently lists 40 achievements. The January 19, 2026 fan guide covers 25, so treat its route details as provisional rather than a complete current checklist. Steam’s global achievement list is the source for the current count and the visible conditions. The fan guide remains useful for planning, but it cannot establish the unlock conditions for all 40.
Plan for at least two runs
The fan guide recommends two playthroughs because its version of the game has achievements tied to both endings. Its suggested approach is to pursue a good ending while completing evacuation quotas, then use a separate run for the bad ending and remaining cumulative tasks. This is a dated guide’s route, not a confirmed requirement for every achievement in the current 40-achievement set.

Make one run your quota attempt
Steam says Master Evacuator requires every evacuation quota in one playthrough. The fan guide identifies quota days as 5, 10, 15, 21, and 26, and warns that missing any one prevents its Master Evacuator route. Use those days as a planning reference, and check current progression in your game in case an update has changed the schedule.
Reserve another run for the other ending
If you follow the fan guide’s two-ending approach, avoid trying to combine both endings with the quota run. Use the separate playthrough for the opposite ending and cumulative cleanup. Steam’s visible achievement descriptions do not establish all ending-related requirements, so the guide’s advice should not be treated as a complete current checklist.

Unlock the achievements with visible Steam conditions
These are the conditions Steam displays in its reviewed achievement list. Where a description is available, follow that condition rather than inferring a more specific requirement.

The visible objectives point to the game’s recurring systems: inspection tools and perfect checks involve screening; contraband and contract targets involve searches and bulletin-board tasks; symptom research uses the laboratory; and building upgrades relate to survivor-block management. The store page describes the underlying gameplay, but it does not add extra unlock conditions to these achievements.
Use the fan guide’s tactics carefully
The fan guide offers practical suggestions for its 25-achievement route. These are guide recommendations, not independently verified strategies, and may not fit every current game update.
- Attempt Perfect Day on an easier shift. The guide says an incorrect approval or rejection breaks the attempt; Steam’s shorter description only requires a perfect inspection on every check that day.
- Try Brain Slam while resources are stable, rather than adding it to a high-pressure quota day.
- Use the Steam achievement overlay to keep track of progress.
- Avoid unnecessary fuel spending while building money toward Jackpot!
- Use the X-Ray Scanner when pursuing achievements involving internally hidden contraband.
Don’t infer conditions from the other achievement names
Steam also lists SNAFU, First Shift, Self-Defense, Accomplice, Firestarter, Strange Conversations, Master Inspector, Electromagnetic, Science Demands Sacrifice, Jack of All Trades, EUREKA!, No Second Chances, Cyberpunk, The Smell of Victory, Secrets Revealed, and Is It Over? The reviewed Steam rendering does not show descriptions for these entries. Their names alone are not reliable instructions, so this article does not assign them unlock conditions.
