Activate three hidden Mr. Peeks headphones in the Shattered Veil Zombies map. They can be found in the Conservatory, Banquet Hall, and Service Tunnels, and you can interact with them in any order. The third interaction triggers “Falling To Pieces.”
How to unlock the song
- Start a match on Shattered Veil and locate the three sets of blue, fuzzy-eared Mr. Peeks headphones described below.
- At each set, press Square on PlayStation or X on Xbox to interact. The headphones can be activated in any order and at any point during the match.
- After you activate the third set, “Falling To Pieces” plays. GameSpot’s guide says this sequence can be completed once per match.
Where to find all three headphones
Conservatory
Take the left route from the starting area and enter the Conservatory. Look underneath the stairs in the room for the headphones.

Banquet Hall
Go to the elevator and check the equipment shelf just past its right side. The headphones are at the bottom right of the shelf, so they can be easy to miss.
Service Tunnels
Follow the in-game prompts down the elevator shaft toward Pack-a-Punch to reach the Service Tunnels. Turn right and look behind the orange construction barrels, near a burned body. The headphones are on a shelf there.

Do you need to complete the main quest?
No. Activating the headphones is a separate music Easter egg; GameSpot’s guide says you do not need to complete the Shattered Veil main quest first. The map was introduced as a Black Ops 6 Zombies map in Season 03, which launched April 2, 2025, according to Activision’s Season 03 announcement.

The track is “Falling To Pieces.” GameSpot credits composer Kevin Sherwood and vocalist Malukah. The Amazon Music soundtrack listing also credits Intervals, lists the track at 4:39, and gives the soundtrack release date as April 4, 2025. The soundtrack listing is for listening; buying or streaming it is not part of the in-game unlock.
