HotHardware’s dated deal report and Best Buy’s product listing document the offer and later listing status.
What the HP Envy RTX 4060 deal included
The July 22, 2025 report described the HP Envy TE01-5364 at Best Buy for $1,079.99, a $350 reduction from the listed price. The monitor shown in the deal image was not included; the report said a basic keyboard and mouse were included. HotHardware’s report covers the offer and the bundle clarification.
Best Buy’s later surfaced listing showed $1,072.99, marked $357 off, and identified the item as sold out. That is a historical listing state, not a live price or proof of stock. Check the retailer listing for current availability and the price payable before making a purchase. Best Buy’s TE01-5364 page identifies the model and listing status.

HP’s TE01-5364 product datasheet is the source for these configuration details. The listed parts alone do not establish game-specific frame rates or how the system performs in a particular workload.
How to compare current gaming PC deals
PC Gamer’s September 28, 2026 guide organizes desktop deals into editorial price tiers: around $1,000 or less for budget systems, around $1,000–$2,000 for mid-range, and above $2,000 for high-end. Those are convenient groupings from its guide, not formal market categories or a performance ranking. Its gaming PC deals guide links to destinations including Newegg, Amazon, Best Buy, Dell, iBuyPower, Lenovo, HP, NZXT, Walmart, and B&H Photo; check each seller’s current stock and terms.

Compare complete configurations and the conditions attached to an offer, rather than judging by the discount figure alone:
- Price and timing: Verify the amount actually payable, any required code, and the sale deadline.
- Graphics card: Compare the exact GPU model and its VRAM capacity.
- Processor: Check the CPU model rather than relying on a broad label such as “gaming desktop.”
- Memory and storage: Note RAM capacity and generation, plus drive capacity and type.
- What is in the box: Confirm whether peripherals are included; do not assume a pictured monitor is part of the deal.
- Seller terms: Check stock, return terms, and the retailer or system builder selling the computer.
A dated alternative deal is not a current offer
TechRadar reported an iBuyPower Labor Day promotion for the RDY Element 9 Pro R08 at $2,099, down from $2,549 with the LABORDAY code. The reported configuration was a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 32GB DDR5-6000, Radeon RX 9070 XT with 16GB, and a 2TB NVMe SSD. The article gave September 8, 2026 as the sale end date, so that promotion has expired; its price is dated context, not a deal to shop now. See TechRadar’s promotion report.
