This was a March 2024 pre-order offer, not a confirmed deal available today. HP announced the OMEN Transcend 14 with an Intel Core Ultra 7 155H and GeForce RTX 4060 for India, with pre-orders through HP’s website and Amazon India and sales scheduled to begin April 3, 2024. The advertised launch price started at ₹174,999. The original headset promotion is historical, and current availability of that configuration and bundle is unconfirmed.
India launch price and availability
HP’s March 2024 announcement put the Shadow Black configuration at ₹174,999 and Ceramic White at ₹175,999. Pre-orders were reported through HP India and Amazon India, with general sales scheduled from April 3, 2024. These are launch prices, not current quotes. Gadgets 360’s launch report covered the Indian availability and configuration.
As of the latest surfaced 2026 listing data, a related FB0089TX price-tracker page showed ₹120,990 but marked the listing unavailable or out of stock. That figure is not a live buy price. HP’s India OMEN Transcend 14 family page remains useful for checking current models, but it does not establish that the 2024 Core Ultra 7/RTX 4060 SKU or its promotion can still be ordered. Verify stock and the exact product code on a live checkout page before paying.

What the HyperX headset offer included
The pre-order report named a free HyperX Cloud Core wired gaming headset, and described its then-marketplace value as approximately ₹6,000–₹6,500. That estimate was reported in 2024, not verified as a current value. Gizmochina’s pre-order coverage specifically associated the offer with Amazon India.
A later report on general sale described a HyperX bag, mouse and headset bundle instead. That follow-up coverage does not make the two descriptions interchangeable: available reports do not preserve enough of the original promotion’s terms to establish whether every buyer received all accessories, whether fulfilment depended on stock or a claim, or whether the broader bundle applied to every sales channel. Treat the headset as a reported launch promotion, not an entitlement attached to current listings.

The processor, GPU, memory, storage and display were identified in launch coverage. HP’s specification sheet lists the battery, weight, charging and platform connectivity details; check the exact Indian SKU because a platform sheet may not describe every regional configuration identically.
Why this model stood out
The Transcend 14 paired discrete RTX 4060 graphics with a compact 14-inch chassis and a high-resolution OLED panel. That combination targets buyers who want a more portable gaming laptop and a display suited to both games and media, rather than the larger screen and cooling volume common in 15- or 16-inch designs.

The Core Ultra processor also includes an NPU for software that supports local AI acceleration. That does not mean the NPU makes games generally run faster; gaming performance depends primarily on the GPU, its power configuration, cooling and the game’s settings. Launch coverage also reported an RGB-backlit keyboard, HyperX-branded audio features, Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI 2.1. The cited HP sheet lists one Thunderbolt 4 USB-C port, another USB-C port with DisplayPort and power-delivery support, two USB-A ports, HDMI 2.1, a headset combo jack, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
What to check before buying a listing now
- Exact model number and components: OMEN Transcend 14 variants can differ by processor, GPU, colour, memory and generation. Confirm the seller’s full product code and compare CPU, GPU, display, memory, storage and warranty with the listing; FB0007TX, FB0089TX and newer FB-series models should not be assumed identical.
- Graphics power limit: The RTX 4060 name alone does not establish gaming performance. Laptop RTX 4060 GPUs can have different total graphics power limits, and the available product information does not establish the sustained TGP for this Indian SKU. Do not compare it as though every RTX 4060 laptop performs alike.
- Memory configuration: The reported 16GB LPDDR5x is onboard. Confirm upgrade options for the precise SKU rather than assuming the memory can be replaced or expanded.
- OLED suitability: OLED can deliver strong contrast and response characteristics, but glossy reflections and possible burn-in are considerations for some users. Power use varies with content and settings.
- Compact-system trade-offs: A 14-inch chassis may run hotter or louder during sustained gaming than a larger laptop with more cooling capacity. The 71Wh battery rating does not establish real-world runtime, and gaming on battery typically means lower performance and much shorter sessions.
- Seller and promotion terms: Check that the product is in stock, who sells and fulfils it, warranty coverage, return terms, and whether any accessory is explicitly included in the current order. A historical bundle description is not proof that a present listing includes a headset.
Who should consider it, and what to compare
This configuration’s strongest case is portability combined with an OLED screen and RTX 4060-class graphics. It is less suited to buyers prioritising maximum gaming performance per rupee, user-upgradable memory, long unplugged gaming, a large display, or extensive cooling headroom. The headset adds value only if the buyer wants a wired gaming headset and the current seller confirms it is included.

For a current purchase, compare the exact Transcend 14 SKU with a similarly compact ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14, a larger Lenovo Legion Slim or Legion 5 configuration, and more price-focused RTX 4060 laptops such as ASUS TUF models. Newer 14-inch RTX 50-series machines are also relevant for buyers shopping in 2026. Prices and configurations vary, so compare like for like rather than relying on a product-family name or GPU label alone.
