Hubert is scheduled for Steam on October 12, 2026, while Brocap Studio has announced an October 2026 release window for PS5 without a specific PlayStation date. The full game is not yet available on either platform; a free Steam demo is playable now.
When does Hubert come out?
Brocap Studio announced on August 18, 2026 that Hubert would be available on PS5 and Steam in October. Steam’s current listing gives the PC release date as October 12, 2026, but the US PlayStation Store still lists the date as “Release date to be determined.” October 12 is therefore the Steam date, not a confirmed PS5 launch date. What kind of game is Hubert?
Hubert is a single-player, third-person adventure starring Hubert, a working shepherd dog. Its central activities include herding sheep, tracking scents, exploring the northern wilderness, and protecting the flock. The story also follows Hubert’s bond with Lily, a child who works alongside her, as they venture beyond the farm. Steam game page

How long is Hubert, and what does it cost?
Brocap Studio estimated on March 2, 2026 that a typical playthrough would take about three hours and a completionist run about five hours. What is known about the game’s scope?
Brocap Studio said on March 2, 2026 that Hubert had reached 20,000 Steam wishlists. That is the figure the studio reported on that date, not a current total.
