HyperX lists DTS Headphone:X spatial audio, with activation available on PC. The page does not establish that this feature is available on PS5 or PS4, so console buyers should not assume it carries over.
Platform compatibility and spatial audio
HyperX lists the Cloud II Wireless as compatible with PC, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4. The included USB adapter provides its 2.4 GHz wireless connection. For PC, HyperX specifically lists DTS Headphone:X activation. The official material cited here does not list Xbox or Nintendo Switch compatibility, so check HyperX’s current compatibility information before buying for either platform.

Cloud II Wireless is not the same product as Cloud II Core Wireless. HyperX lists the Core model for PC only and advertises up to 80 hours of battery life for it. Those platform and battery claims do not apply to the Cloud II Wireless reviewed here.

The official product page and manual do not establish independent findings on sound quality, microphone clarity, comfort during long sessions, wireless latency, or durability in everyday use. The terms “noise-cancelling” and “up to 20 meters” describe manufacturer-listed features and limits; they are not substitutes for a measured test of voice pickup or range in your room.
For a buying decision, seek hands-on evidence that matches how you play: listen for positional cues and sound balance in your usual games, check voice recordings with the mic positioned as you would use it, and wear the headset long enough to judge pressure and heat. Wireless performance can depend on the environment, as HyperX’s manual notes, so a favorable result in one setup would not guarantee the same range in another.

Whether it is a good choice for your budget depends on current stock and price, plus hands-on qualities the manufacturer specifications do not settle. Compare those factors before purchase rather than treating the published battery, range, or feature list as an independent performance verdict.
