पहले पता करें कि OBS सचमुच बंद हुआ, इंटरनेट/YouTube से कनेक्शन टूटा, या OBS खुला रहते हुए dropped frames दिखा रहा है। ये अलग समस्याएँ हैं और इनके समाधान भी अलग हैं। OBS बंद हुआ हो तो crash report और सामान्य log सहेजें; फिर छोटी, सरल scene से दोबारा शुरू करके परीक्षण करें। अगर YouTube पर prerecorded animated videos लगातार चलाने हैं और घर का कंप्यूटर चालू नहीं रखना चाहते, StreamNeo एक cloud विकल्प है।
पहले समस्या की पहचान करें
Stream dashboard या live control room खोलकर देखें कि stream अभी live है, समाप्त हो गई है, या encoder input की प्रतीक्षा कर रही है। OBS का बंद हो जाना अपने-आप यह नहीं बताता कि platform पर live event भी समाप्त हुआ है या नहीं।
- OBS बंद हो गया: यह application crash हो सकता है। Crash report और नियमित OBS log सुरक्षित करें।
- OBS खुला है, लेकिन dropped frames बढ़ रहे हैं: इसे crash न मानें। OBS के अनुसार dropped frames तब होते हैं जब remote server से connection स्थिर न हो या निर्धारित bitrate connection की क्षमता से अधिक हो। OBS की connection troubleshooting guidance देखें।
- OBS preview ठीक है, पर platform stream रुक गई या input माँग रही है: platform का live status और encoder connection जाँचें; यह platform-side interruption या feed का disconnect होना हो सकता है।
भारत में होना अपने-आप किसी खास ISP समस्या, outage या अलग OBS setting का प्रमाण नहीं है। सही कदम लक्षण और आपके चुने हुए platform पर निर्भर करता है।
Crash के बाद सुरक्षित recovery क्रम
- Live control room जाँचें: पुष्टि करें कि मौजूदा event live है, ended है या encoder input का इंतज़ार कर रहा है। नया event बनाने से पहले उसका status समझ लें।
- OBS बंद हुआ हो तो सबूत सहेजें: Crash report और सामान्य log की प्रति रखें। Crash का समय, OBS version, operating system, उस समय चल रही scene/source, तथा हाल में किए plugin, driver या configuration बदलाव लिखें। OBS की वर्तमान welcome page Windows और macOS के लिए updated crash handler और crash report upload का वैकल्पिक prompt बताती है; menu और file path OS तथा release के अनुसार बदल सकते हैं। OBS Project देखें।
- अगर OBS अभी खुला है, dropped frames की जाँच करें: Configured server, connection path और network settings देखें। Bitrate घटाने से connection की माँग कम हो सकती है, लेकिन picture quality घटेगी और मूल network समस्या ठीक होने की गारंटी नहीं है।
- एक न्यूनतम scene से शुरू करें: OBS फिर खोलकर एक सरल scene में अपेक्षित media source, audio और preview जाँचें। एक बार में कई settings न बदलें—इससे अगली समस्या का कारण पहचानना कठिन होगा।
- छोटा test चलाएँ: लगातार stream बहाल करने से पहले preview और platform stream health देखें। समस्या performance से जुड़ी लगती है तो output resolution या frame rate घटाएँ और scene सरल करें। OBS बताता है कि scene compositing GPU resources इस्तेमाल करता है; 60 fps काम न कर रहा हो तो 30 fps आज़माना एक उदाहरण है। ये कदम load कम कर सकते हैं, लेकिन crash ठीक करने का वादा नहीं हैं। OBS की encoding performance guidance देखें।
- कारण तय होने के बाद ही पूरा stream लौटाएँ: Test स्थिर हो तो animated scenes और बाकी sources धीरे-धीरे वापस जोड़ें। हर बदलाव के बाद preview और stream health देखें।
Dropped frames हों तो connection और output जाँचें
Dropped frames का अर्थ है कि भेजा जा रहा stream remote ingest server तक स्थिरता से नहीं पहुँच रहा, या आपका connection चुनी हुई bitrate नहीं संभाल पा रहा। इसे application crash से अलग रखें। OBS की connection guidance के अनुसार server और connection की जाँच करें; bitrate घटाना एक सम्भव उपाय है, मगर इससे video quality कम होगी और यह हर कारण का समाधान नहीं है।

अगर आपका platform YouTube है, तो उसकी encoder settings चुने हुए codec, resolution और frame rate के अनुरूप रखें। YouTube RTMP/RTMPS के लिए H.264, H.265/HEVC और AV1 video विकल्प, अधिकतम 60 fps, CBR तथा 2 सेकंड की recommended keyframe frequency (4 सेकंड से अधिक नहीं) बताता है। H.264 के उदाहरण में 1080p 30 fps के लिए 5 Mbps और 720p 30 fps के लिए 6 Mbps recommended bitrate है। ये YouTube की सिफारिशें हैं, भारत में आपके connection की माप नहीं; अपनी upload क्षमता पर test करें और वही quality चुनें जो भरोसेमंद ढंग से चल सके। YouTube के encoder settings देखें।

YouTube पर stream key और failover की तैयारी
Stream key सुरक्षित रखें
YouTube की stream key encoder को feed भेजने के लिए password/address की तरह काम करती है। उसे screenshot, सार्वजनिक log या crash report में उजागर न करें। यदि key किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति को दिख गई जिसे access नहीं होना चाहिए, channel owner या manager उसे reset कर सकता है। YouTube stream settings और key guidance देखें।
Backup encoder को पहले से परखें
YouTube planned live event के लिए encoder stream कम-से-कम 2 घंटे पहले set up करने और scheduled start से कम-से-कम 15 मिनट पहले encoder शुरू करने की सलाह देता है। ये तैयारी के समय हैं—24/7 stream के लिए recovery-time guarantee नहीं। YouTube यह भी सलाह देता है कि backup encoder failover को test करें: primary encoder रोकें या उसका Ethernet connection disconnect करें और पुष्टि करें कि player backup पर switch करता है। Backup path continuity में मदद कर सकता है, लेकिन वह OBS crash का diagnosis या repair नहीं है। YouTube live-streaming tips देखें।

Animated kids’ stream के लिए content और continuity जाँचें
- सिर्फ वही animation और audio चलाएँ जिनके अधिकार आपके पास हैं या जिनका उपयोग आपको स्पष्ट रूप से अनुमति है। Live होने से पहले music, character artwork, clips और अन्य सामग्री के अधिकार जाँचें। YouTube के लिए अपनी सामग्री की जाँच में copyright safety checklist उपयोगी हो सकती है।
- केवल loop चलना audience value या monetization की गारंटी नहीं है। Platform की मौजूदा copyright और reused-content policies अलग से पढ़ें; stream तकनीकी रूप से चालू रहना policy compliance का प्रमाण नहीं है।
- लंबे stream की तैयारी करें: Representative test में video, audio, platform preview और stream health देखें। लगातार चलने की योजना बनाते समय यह तय रखें कि OBS या connection विफल होने पर कौन जाँच करेगा और backup path वास्तव में test किया गया है या नहीं।
