सबसे पहले यह पता करें कि आवाज़ OBS तक नहीं आ रही, केवल आपके headphones में नहीं सुनाई दे रही, या सचमुच दर्शकों के लिए live stream में गायब है। किसी दूसरे ऑपरेटर या भरोसेमंद दर्शक से अलग डिवाइस पर stream जाँचने को कहें; फिर OBS Audio Mixer में उसी समय संबंधित source का meter देखें जब उससे आवाज़ आनी चाहिए। इससे बिना stream रोके कारण को सही हिस्से तक सीमित करना आसान होगा।
पहले पहचानें कि आवाज़ कहाँ गायब है
24/7 stream में जल्दबाज़ी में scene, device या settings बदलने से बचें। एक ही समय पर तीन अलग-अलग चीज़ें जाँचें: OBS का source meter, आपके स्थानीय headphones या speakers में monitoring, और दर्शक को मिलने वाला live output। ये अलग संकेत हैं—स्थानीय monitoring बंद होने का अर्थ अपने-आप यह नहीं कि stream भी silent है।
- यदि उपलब्ध हो, दूसरे ऑपरेटर या भरोसेमंद viewer से अलग फोन या कंप्यूटर पर public stream सुनने को कहें। YouTube भी stream की audio/video लगातार monitor करने और mobile पर live stream जाँचने की सलाह देता है। YouTube की streaming tips
- OBS में Audio Mixer खोलें और audio source के सक्रिय होने पर meter देखें। आवाज़ चल ही नहीं रही हो तो meter का स्थिर होना failure का प्रमाण नहीं; जाँच उस समय करें जब source से आवाज़ अपेक्षित हो।
- लिख लें कि कौन-सा source meter चल रहा है, monitoring सुनाई देती है या नहीं, और अलग device पर stream में आवाज़ है या नहीं। आगे की जाँच इन अवलोकनों के अनुसार करें।

Meter नहीं हिलता

Meter हिलता है
Source का speaker/mute control देखें और पुष्टि करें कि सही source चालू है। यदि meter चल रहा है लेकिन viewer को आवाज़ नहीं, तो source inclusion, OBS की audio routing और destination के लिए चुने गए track की जाँच करें। सही meter गतिविधि इस बात का संकेत है कि उस बिंदु तक signal पहुँच रहा है; यह अकेले साबित नहीं करती कि वही signal live output में जा रहा है।

केवल monitoring नहीं सुनाई देती
स्थानीय सुनने के लिए OBS में Edit → Advanced Audio Properties खोलें। संबंधित source की Audio Monitoring setting और OBS में configured monitoring device जाँचें। Monitoring की setting आपके स्थानीय सुनने को प्रभावित करती है; दर्शक की आवाज़ की पुष्टि अलग device पर live output सुनकर ही करें। OBS mixer controls और monitoring के विवरण के लिए OBS Audio Mixer Guide देखें।
यदि source meter खाली है, signal path पीछे से जाँचें
Source से OBS तक क्रमवार जाँच करें; एक बार में एक बदलाव करें ताकि पता रहे कि किससे फर्क पड़ा।

- माइक या interface: जाँचें कि device चालू है, cable सुरक्षित लगी है, hardware mute बंद है और gain knob शून्य पर नहीं है। Interface disconnect हुआ हो तो उसे दोबारा जोड़कर देखें।
- Operating system: चुना हुआ recording/input device सही है या नहीं देखें। OS के recording level, mute और app-level audio controls जाँचें। Windows और macOS के menu नाम अलग हो सकते हैं; आपके सिस्टम के अनुसार सही input device चुनें।
- OBS source: संबंधित scene में सही audio source मौजूद और enabled है या नहीं देखें। Source properties में चुना हुआ device आपके वास्तविक input से मेल खाना चाहिए।
- Filters: Source के filters अस्थायी रूप से bypass करके meter फिर देखें। यदि signal लौटे, तो filters को एक-एक करके वापस चालू कर कारण पहचानें; diagnosis के बाद intended processing बहाल करें।
- Test: Source से आवाज़ देते हुए meter देखें। यदि अब भी गतिविधि नहीं है, तो device से OS तक और फिर OBS तक हर चरण पर input दोबारा जाँचें।

Meter चल रहा हो तो routing, tracks और output जाँचें
- पुष्टि करें कि जिस scene में stream चल रही है, उसमें सही source शामिल है और वह mute नहीं है। Scene या source बदलने के बाद भी यह जाँचें—कभी-कभी समस्या केवल एक scene तक सीमित होती है।
- OBS की audio routing में देखें कि source उस output के लिए शामिल है जिसे आप भेजना चाहते हैं। यदि output में अलग-अलग audio tracks चुने जा सकते हैं, तो live destination के लिए सही track पर source भेजा जा रहा है या नहीं जाँचें।
- यदि स्थानीय monitoring में आवाज़ है लेकिन viewers को नहीं, तो monitoring को live output का प्रमाण न मानें। अलग device पर सार्वजनिक stream सुनें और OBS के output/track configuration को जाँचें।
- यदि recording में आवाज़ है लेकिन live stream में नहीं, तो source की मूल capture क्षमता की तुलना में stream की routing और destination के track चयन पर ध्यान दें।

Level बढ़ाने से पहले clipping रोकें
हर gain control को अंधाधुंध बढ़ाना समाधान नहीं है: इससे noise बढ़ सकती है या आवाज़ distort हो सकती है। OBS की technical guidance के अनुसार digital output को 0 dBFS से नीचे रहना चाहिए; 0 dBFS तक पहुँचने या उससे ऊपर जाने पर clipping distortion हो सकती है। Source से शुरू करके device, operating-system controls और OBS में स्तर जाँचें, और एक से अधिक बिंदु पर सुनें। OBS Audio Mixer Technical Details · OBS Audio Mixer Guide
आवाज़ लौटने के बाद recovery सत्यापित करें
- सामान्य stream जैसी छोटी test recording बनाएँ और फाइल playback करके सुनें। OBS Project भी live जाने से पहले सामान्य session record करके उसे सुनने की सलाह देता है। OBS Audio Mixer Guide
- दूसरे device पर public live stream जाँचें; केवल स्थानीय meter या monitoring पर निर्भर न रहें।
- जिस scene या source change के समय समस्या हुई थी, उसे सुरक्षित ढंग से दोहराकर देखें और फिर stream output की आवाज़ पुनः जाँचें।
- 24/7 संचालन के लिए recovery के बाद भी किसी ऑपरेटर की नियमित सुनने-जाँच या alert व्यवस्था रखें। ठीक हुआ meter भविष्य में समस्या न लौटने की गारंटी नहीं है।
समस्या बनी रहे तो क्या नोट करें
Restart, reinstall या नया hardware आज़माने से पहले उपयोगी संकेत सहेजें। एक universal 24/7 auto-recovery setting या हर audio failure का एक ही कारण स्थापित नहीं है।

- कौन-कौन से source meter चलते हैं और किस source का meter खाली रहता है।
- स्थानीय monitoring, test recording और अलग device पर live output—इनमें से किसमें आवाज़ सुनाई देती है।
- OBS और operating system में दिखने वाले source तथा device के नाम।
- हाल में बदली गई device, cable, driver, OS audio setting, OBS source या filter की जानकारी।
- सहायता लेते समय उपयोगी OBS log और configuration विवरण।
नया USB audio interface तभी विचारें जब जाँच से मौजूदा interface के खराब या अस्थिर होने का संकेत मिले। खरीदने से पहले अपने microphone और computer के साथ input type/count, compatibility, driver/support और return या warranty शर्तें मिलाएँ। केवल mute, गलत OS input, OBS routing या filter समस्या के लिए interface बदलना उचित समाधान नहीं है।
