वीडियो फ़ाइलों को 720p में बैच कन्वर्ट करने और उन्हें YouTube पर 24/7 लाइव चलाने के लिए दो अलग चरण चाहिए: पहले फ़ाइलें तैयार करें, फिर उन्हें लगातार प्रसारित करने वाला encoder या cloud service सेट करें। नीचे दिया गया FFmpeg तरीका कई MP4 फ़ाइलों को एक साथ बदलता है; यह अपने आप लाइव प्रसारण शुरू नहीं करता। बच्चों के लिए बने वीडियो या लाइव स्ट्रीम को YouTube पर सही ढंग से “Made for Kids” वर्गीकृत करना भी ज़रूरी है।
MP4 वीडियो को 720p में बैच कन्वर्ट करने का FFmpeg तरीका
यह कमांड source folder की हर MP4 फ़ाइल को 720 पिक्सेल ऊँचाई वाले H.264 वीडियो और AAC ऑडियो के साथ नई MP4 फ़ाइल में बदलती है। चौड़ाई aspect ratio के अनुसार अपने आप तय होती है। यह एक शुरुआती recipe है, किसी खास कंप्यूटर पर परीक्षण या encode समय की गारंटी नहीं।
- FFmpeg इंस्टॉल करें और टर्मिनल या कमांड लाइन में उस directory पर जाएँ जिसमें source MP4 फ़ाइलें हैं।
- नीचे का Bash loop चलाएँ:

720pfolder में देखें। पहले कुछ अलग स्रोत फ़ाइलों को खोलकर तस्वीर, आवाज़, aspect ratio और शुरू से अंत तक playback जाँचें।
कमांड की सेटिंग्स का मतलब
mkdir -p 720poutput folder बनाता है।scale=-2:720ऊँचाई 720 रखता है और मूल अनुपात बचाने के लिए चौड़ाई समायोजित करता है।-c:v libx264H.264 वीडियो बनाता है;-preset mediumencoder preset चुनता है और-crf 20गुणवत्ता/फ़ाइल आकार के लिए CRF सेट करता है। यह मान हर स्रोत या उपयोग के लिए सर्वोत्तम होने की गारंटी नहीं है।-pix_fmt yuv420pसामान्य playback compatibility के लिए pixel format सेट करता है।-c:a aac -b:a 128kऑडियो को AAC में 128 kbps पर encode करता है।-movflags +faststartMP4 metadata को फ़ाइल की शुरुआत में रखता है, जिससे playback शुरू होने में मदद मिल सकती है।- Output नाम मूल नाम के साथ
_720pजोड़ता है। मूल source फ़ाइलें अलग रहती हैं।
किन स्रोतों पर पहले अलग जाँच करें
यह उदाहरण केवल MP4 फ़ाइलों को लेता है और subtitle streams को output में शामिल करने की सेटिंग नहीं देता। Variable frame rate, interlaced footage, rotation metadata, HDR, कई audio tracks या गैर-MP4 स्रोत हों तो कमांड को बदलने से पहले फ़ाइलों का निरीक्षण करें। YouTube upload guidance progressive video और स्रोत frame rate बनाए रखने की सलाह देती है।
Upload फ़ाइल की bitrate और live bitrate अलग हैं
720p upload फ़ाइल के लिए YouTube की encoding guidance standard frame rate (24/25/30 fps) पर 5 Mbps और high frame rate (48/50/60 fps) पर 7.5 Mbps की अनुशंसा करती है। ये upload bitrate सिफारिशें हैं, अनिवार्य सीमा नहीं। YouTube MP4 container, H.264 video और AAC-LC/Opus/Eclipsa audio जैसे विकल्प सुझाता है। YouTube की upload encoding settings देखें।

इसके विपरीत, 720p 30 या 60 fps H.264 live ingest के लिए YouTube 8 Mbps recommended bitrate बताता है। Live encoder को CBR पर सेट करें, keyframe interval 2 सेकंड रखें (4 सेकंड से अधिक नहीं) और RTMPS को प्राथमिकता दें। ये live ingest के लक्ष्य हैं, तैयार upload फ़ाइल की bitrate की सिफारिश नहीं। YouTube की live encoder settings में resolution के अनुसार ingest guidance दी गई है।
YouTube live stream کو متعدد output formats میں transcode करता है ताकि दर्शक अलग-अलग devices और network पर देख सकें; इसलिए source clips को 720p में तैयार करने का अर्थ यह नहीं कि दर्शकों को केवल एक playback resolution मिलेगा।

बैच कन्वर्ट के बाद 24/7 लाइव प्रसारण कैसे तैयार करें
कन्वर्ट की गई फ़ाइलें अपने आप लाइव नहीं जातीं। उन्हें playlist या playout queue से चलाने के लिए लगातार चालू रहने वाला live encoder या cloud streaming service चाहिए। YouTube अपने encoder परिचय में Gyre को prerecorded video के 24/7 live streaming के लिए cloud-based tool के रूप में सूचीबद्ध करता है; उसके मूल्य और भारत में उपलब्धता यहाँ स्थापित नहीं हैं।
लाइव शुरू करने से पहले
- चैनल की पात्रता: पहली बार live streaming सक्षम होने में 24 घंटे तक लग सकते हैं। चैनल verified होना चाहिए और पिछले 90 दिनों में live-streaming restriction नहीं होना चाहिए। YouTube के live streaming शुरू करने के निर्देश प्रसारण तय करने से पहले देखें।
- Stream key: Live Control Room में encoder के लिए YouTube stream key लें और उसे निजी रखें। उसे सार्वजनिक वीडियो, स्क्रीनशॉट या साझा संदेश में न दिखाएँ।
- Bandwidth: YouTube लगभग 20% bandwidth headroom रखने की सलाह देता है। 8 Mbps ingest लक्ष्य पर यह कम-से-कम 9.6 Mbps उपलब्ध upload capacity बनती है; यह गणना दूसरे network उपयोग या backup stream को शामिल नहीं करती।
- Test और निगरानी: पहले motion और audio वाला test stream चलाएँ। Live Control Room में preview देखें और stream health, audio तथा video की निगरानी करें।
- Audience setting: बच्चों के लिए बने वीडियो या stream को YouTube Studio में “Made for Kids” के रूप में सही वर्गीकृत करें। YouTube live stream बनाते समय भी audience चुनने को कहता है। इस setting से live chat और personalized advertising सहित कुछ सुविधाएँ सीमित होती हैं। यह YouTube की audience setting है, भारत के बाल-संबंधी कानूनों की अलग कानूनी व्याख्या नहीं।

आम समस्याएँ और उनके समाधान
- “No such file” या कोई output नहीं: पक्का करें कि आप सही directory में हैं और वहाँ lowercase
.mp4extension वाली फ़ाइलें हैं। यह loop.MP4जैसे uppercase extension को नहीं चुनता। - नतीजे का अनुपात या दिशा गलत है: source की rotation metadata और aspect ratio जाँचें; असामान्य या rotated footage के लिए scale filter को बिना निरीक्षण लागू न करें।
- Subtitles या दूसरी audio track गायब है: मौजूदा command subtitles जोड़ने या सभी वैकल्पिक tracks चुनने के लिए बनाई नहीं गई। ज़रूरत हो तो FFmpeg mapping और subtitle handling अलग से तय करें।
- लाइव stream रुकती या अस्थिर दिखती है: उपलब्ध upload capacity और अन्य network उपयोग देखें, encoder में CBR, सही resolution/frame rate तथा keyframe interval जाँचें, फिर Live Control Room की stream health पढ़ें।
- चैनल live नहीं जा पा रहा: verification, live-streaming restrictions और पहली बार enablement की प्रतीक्षा जाँचें।
- दर्शकों को chat या कुछ सुविधाएँ नहीं दिखतीं: “Made for Kids” वर्गीकरण पर YouTube की feature limits लागू हो सकती हैं; बच्चों के लिए बने content को सुविधाएँ पाने के लिए गलत वर्गीकृत न करें।

हाँ। ऊपर का Bash loop उस directory की हर lowercase-extension MP4 फ़ाइल के लिए output बनाता है।
क्या 720p में बदलने से वीडियो का frame rate भी बदलता है?
कमांड frame rate सेट नहीं करती; YouTube की upload guidance स्रोत frame rate बनाए रखने की सलाह देती है। अलग frame rate चाहिए तो उसे स्पष्ट रूप से सेट और जाँचें।
