India se recorded news bulletins ko scheduled YouTube Live event par dikhane ka practical DIY tareeqa hai: YouTube Studio mein event schedule karein, OBS Studio ke VLC Video source mein apni rights-cleared local files ko playlist ke roop mein set karein, phir OBS ko YouTube ke stream URL aur stream key se connect karke preview verify karein. Event ko YouTube Live Control Room mein aap khud start karte hain; OBS playlist aur YouTube ka scheduled event alag kaam karte hain.
Kaam shuru karne se pehle
- YouTube channel verified hona chahiye aur pichhle 90 din mein live-streaming restriction nahi honi chahiye. Pehli baar live streaming enable karne mein YouTube ke mutabik 24 ghante tak lag sakte hain. YouTube encoder setup
- Bulletin files aapke computer par local honi chahiye. OBS ka VLC Video source local media files ki playlist chala sakta hai; YouTube-hosted playlist URL ko direct playout input banane ka workflow official documentation mein confirm nahi hai. OBS Media Sources
- Apne footage, music, graphics, voice, archive clips aur har third-party segment ke streaming rights pehle confirm karein. Rights ke baare mein neeche alag section hai.
YouTube Live event schedule karein
- YouTube Studio kholein aur Create → Go live → Manage → Schedule stream par jaayein.
- Naya event banayein ya purani event settings reuse karein. Event ka title, description, privacy aur schedule set karein, phir save karein.
- Event ke watch page ko viewers ke saath share karein. Scheduled event par viewers reminder set kar sakte hain. YouTube stream settings
YouTube par event schedule karna bulletin files ko arrange ya play nahi karta. Playlist OBS mein alag se configure hogi.
OBS mein recorded bulletins ki playlist banayein
- OBS Studio install karein. VLC Video source istemal karne ke liye VLC bhi install hona chahiye. 64-bit OBS ke saath 64-bit VLC chahiye. OBS Media Sources
- OBS mein ek scene chunein ya banayein, phir Sources panel mein + dabakar VLC Video source add karein.
- VLC source ki properties mein apni local bulletin files playlist mein add karein. Files ko jis kram mein chalana hai usi kram mein arrange karein.
- Fixed sequence ke liye Shuffle Playlist off rakhein. List khatam hone par use phir se chalana ho to Loop Playlist on karein. Shuffle aur loop alag settings hain: shuffle kram badalta hai, loop sequence ko dobara shuru karta hai.
- OBS preview mein framing aur audio check karein. Agar scene mein title card ya doosre graphics hain, unhe bhi test karein, aur dekhein ki playlist ka pehla item sahi tarah shuru ho raha hai.
OBS ko YouTube scheduled event se jodein
- Scheduled event ke Live Control Room mein stream URL aur stream key dekhein. YouTube encoder setup ke mutabik encoder ko dono ki zaroorat hoti hai. YouTube encoder setup
- OBS ke Settings → Stream mein YouTube service chunein. Agar stream URL aur key alag fields ke roop mein maange jaayein, Live Control Room se copy karke sahi fields mein paste karein; agar custom server maange, YouTube ka stream URL use karein.
- Stream key ko password ki tarah surakshit rakhein. Ise public post, screen share ya kisi aise vyakti ke saath share na karein jise aap stream bhejne ka adhikar nahi dena chahte.
- Event se kam-se-kam 2 ghante pehle encoder setup karne aur event se 15 minute pehle encoder chala kar preview dekhne ki salah YouTube deta hai. YouTube streaming tips
- OBS mein Start Streaming dabayein. Live Control Room mein preview aane ka intezar karein; video, audio aur network status check karne ke baad scheduled event par Go live dabayein.
Start Streaming karna encoder feed bhejta hai; scheduled event ko public live broadcast mein le jaane ke liye Live Control Room ka Go live step bhi poora karein.
Broadcast ko monitor karke sahi tarah end karein
- Event ke dauran Live Control Room mein preview aur status par nazar rakhein. Watch page aur mobile playback bhi check karein, jaisa YouTube ke streaming tips mein kaha gaya hai.
- Broadcast khatam hone par Live Control Room mein End Stream dabayein aur OBS encoder ko bhi stop karein.
- YouTube ke mutabik 12 ghante se chhoti live streams automatically archive hoti hain. Isse lambi stream ke archive hone ki guarantee na samjhein. YouTube encoder setup
Copyright aur India mein rights ki zimmedari
YouTube live streams ko third-party content ke liye scan karta hai. Match milne par warning, placeholder, interruption ya stream termination ho sakti hai. Licensed third-party content ke liye bhi rights holder ko Content ID allowlist mein aapke channel ko add karna pad sakta hai; archived stream par baad mein Content ID claim bhi aa sakta hai. India ke liye kisi particular news publisher par lagu licensing, registration, notification ya broadcast-permission requirements ka nateeja in YouTube aur OBS workflow sources se nahi nikalta. Aapke broadcaster, content aur distribution context par lagu Indian requirements alag se confirm karein; yahan kisi specific legal status ka daawa nahi kiya ja raha.
