OBS Studio में कई रिकॉर्ड किए गए वीडियो को YouTube Live पर playlist की तरह चलाने के लिए VLC Video Source जोड़ें, उसमें वीडियो सही क्रम में रखें और उसे YouTube Studio के encoder stream से कनेक्ट करें। VLC इंस्टॉल होना ज़रूरी है। एक वीडियो को बार-बार चलाना हो तो OBS का Media Source और उसका Loop विकल्प आसान है। नीचे दिए गए कदम भारत सहित उन सभी जगहों के लिए हैं जहाँ यह YouTube और OBS workflow उपलब्ध है; उपलब्ध आधिकारिक मार्गदर्शन से कोई अलग भारत-विशेष playlist प्रक्रिया स्थापित नहीं होती।
शुरू करने से पहले: चैनल की live eligibility जाँचें
YouTube पर live जाने के लिए चैनल verified होना चाहिए और live streaming सक्षम होनी चाहिए। YouTube के अनुसार, पिछले 90 दिनों में live-streaming restrictions नहीं होनी चाहिए और streamer की उम्र कम-से-कम 16 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। पहली बार live streaming चालू करने के बाद सक्रिय होने में 24 घंटे तक लग सकते हैं, इसलिए प्रसारण के दिन तक इंतज़ार न करें। विवरण YouTube की live streaming eligibility guidance और encoder से live stream बनाने की मदद में देखें।
- YouTube Studio में जाँचें कि live streaming चालू है।
- अपनी वीडियो और ऑडियो फ़ाइलों को कंप्यूटर पर रखें; OBS इसी कंप्यूटर से प्रसारण करेगा।
- केवल वही वीडियो और ऑडियो इस्तेमाल करें जिनके प्रसारण के आवश्यक अधिकार आपके पास हैं।
OBS में वीडियो playlist बनाएँ
VLC इंस्टॉल करें और playlist source जोड़ें
- OBS Studio और VLC Media Player इंस्टॉल करें। OBS के अनुसार VLC Video Source तभी उपलब्ध होता है जब VLC इंस्टॉल हो।
- OBS में वह scene चुनें जिसमें playlist दिखानी है। Sources के + बटन पर क्लिक करें और VLC Video Source चुनें।
- Source properties में playlist में वीडियो फ़ाइलें जोड़ें। सूची को drag करके इच्छित playback क्रम में रखें।
- ठीक क्रम में एक-एक वीडियो चलाना हो तो Shuffle बंद रखें। सूची के आख़िर में पहुँचकर फिर पहले वीडियो से शुरू करना हो तो Loop Playlist चालू करें। Loop बंद रहने पर सूची पूरी होने के बाद playlist दोबारा शुरू नहीं होगी।
- Properties की पुष्टि करें और OBS preview में picture तथा audio जाँचें।
OBS की Media Sources guide playlist, shuffle और loop controls का वर्णन करती है। उनके डिफ़ॉल्ट पर निर्भर न रहें—अपनी ज़रूरत के अनुसार विकल्प जाँच लें।
अगर केवल एक रिकॉर्ड किया हुआ वीडियो चलाना है
एक फ़ाइल के लिए Sources > + > Media Source चुनें, वीडियो फ़ाइल खोलें और Loop चालू करें। एकल वीडियो को दोहराने के लिए यह VLC playlist बनाने से सरल है।

YouTube Studio stream को OBS से जोड़ें
- YouTube Studio खोलकर Create > Go live पर जाएँ। Live Control Room में encoder stream बनाएँ या प्रसारण पहले से तय करने के लिए उसे schedule करें।
- YouTube द्वारा दिए गए stream URL और stream key को OBS में जोड़ें। यदि OBS में YouTube integration उपलब्ध हो, तो उसका उपयोग करें; अन्यथा OBS के Settings > Stream में YouTube चुनकर URL और key भरें। YouTube के निर्देश encoder stream setup में हैं।
- Stream key को पासवर्ड की तरह गोपनीय रखें। यह encoder को आपके YouTube stream से जोड़ती है; इसे सार्वजनिक करने से कोई और आपके stream पर प्रसारण भेजने की कोशिश कर सकता है। YouTube की live stream settings में key और scheduled event notifications की जानकारी है।
- OBS में Start Streaming दबाएँ। Live Control Room में आने वाला preview देखें; picture और audio सही हों, तभी event शुरू करें। Scheduled event के लिए YouTube के Live Control Room में उसे शुरू करने का विकल्प भी लग सकता है।
प्रसारण से पहले और दौरान क्या जाँचें
YouTube encoder को event से कम-से-कम दो घंटे पहले configure करने और scheduled शुरुआत से कम-से-कम 15 मिनट पहले encoder शुरू करने की सलाह देता है। इससे preview देखने और समस्या सुधारने का समय मिलता है; यह स्थिर प्रसारण की गारंटी नहीं है। शुरू करने से पहले event की उपलब्धता, वीडियो और आवाज़ जाँचें, और stream के दौरान भी audio तथा picture monitor करें। दिशानिर्देश YouTube live streaming tips में हैं।
YouTube के अनुसार 12 घंटे से कम अवधि वाले streams अपने-आप archive होते हैं। इससे अधिक अवधि के stream के archive होने की गारंटी न मानें। Stream समाप्त करने के लिए encoder से content भेजना बंद करें। Archive और live stream पर भी YouTube के terms तथा अधिकार संबंधी नियम लागू होते हैं।

Copyright और playlist के अधिकार
Playlist में कोई फ़ाइल जोड़ने से उसे सार्वजनिक रूप से प्रसारित करने का अधिकार नहीं मिलता। वीडियो, संगीत, background audio और अन्य सामग्री के लिए आवश्यक अधिकार आपके पास होने चाहिए। YouTube live content को third-party matches के लिए scan करता है; अनसुलझा match stream को बाधित या समाप्त करा सकता है। यदि सामग्री licensed है, तो अधिकार-धारक को आपके channel को Content ID allowlist में जोड़ना पड़ सकता है। प्रसारण की जिम्मेदारी और संगीत-अधिकार की शर्तें YouTube की live copyright guidance और Livestream terms and conditions में पढ़ें।
आम समस्याएँ और समाधान
- VLC Video Source विकल्प नहीं दिखता: VLC इंस्टॉल करें, फिर OBS दोबारा खोलकर Sources का + मेन्यू देखें।
- वीडियो तय क्रम में नहीं चल रहे: VLC Video Source की properties में playlist का क्रम देखें और Shuffle बंद करें।
- playlist आख़िरी फ़ाइल के बाद रुक जाती है: Playlist source में Loop Playlist चालू करें। केवल एक फ़ाइल हो तो Media Source का Loop विकल्प जाँचें।
- YouTube preview नहीं आ रहा: OBS में सही stream URL और key की पुष्टि करें, key में अतिरिक्त spaces न हों, और Live Control Room का incoming preview फिर देखें। Key सार्वजनिक हो गई हो तो YouTube Studio में उसे बदलें।
- पहली बार live जाने का विकल्प उपलब्ध नहीं: चैनल की eligibility और activation जाँचें। पहली activation में 24 घंटे तक लग सकते हैं।
- वीडियो या आवाज़ में third-party match की चेतावनी: प्रसारण रोककर सामग्री और उसके अधिकार जाँचें। केवल वैध license पर्याप्त न हो सकता है—rights holder से channel की Content ID allowlisting की पुष्टि करें।
