Yes—Green Man Gaming appears to be a legitimate retailer for digital games. The company says it sources keys from publishers, and SEGA Europe includes Green Man Gaming on its approved-partner list. That supports the retailer’s legitimacy, but it does not prove authorization for every title, platform, or region. Before buying, check the specific listing’s platform and region, and understand the refund terms.
Are Green Man Gaming keys official?
Green Man Gaming (GMG) says that keys it sells come directly from game publishers and that it has contracts with more than 1,300 publishers. Those are GMG’s own statements, not an independent audit of every key or transaction. Its company page describes the keys as coming directly from publishers: Green Man Gaming’s company information.
There is also publisher-specific corroboration: SEGA Europe’s approved partner list includes Green Man Gaming. That is evidence of an approved relationship represented by SEGA’s list; it does not establish authorization for every publisher or product sold by GMG.
How to check whether a game will work for you
A legitimate retailer does not guarantee that a particular key will match your account or location. Before checkout, open the game’s product page and confirm:

Availability, platform, region, and redemption requirements vary by title, so do not assume that another GMG listing’s conditions apply to the game you want.
Can you get a refund from Green Man Gaming?
GMG’s Refund Policy says refunds or store credit may be issued at the company’s discretion, with requests assessed case by case. Its stated conditions include submitting the request within seven days and not disclosing, activating, or downloading the key. A key that has been revealed or used may therefore fall outside the stated conditions.
