Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteAs of 8 October 2026, Legion TD 2 is not free to claim on the Epic Games Store’s U.S. storefront. The product page offers the base game for $19.99 and the Complete Edition for $29.99. The page does not show an active free offer, and nothing I checked establishes the dates or region of any earlier giveaway. Treat a “free to claim” offer you saw elsewhere as expired or unverified unless the store page shows a live promotion with an end date.
Current status on the Epic Games Store
The U.S. Epic listing presents both editions as purchases. Prices and promotions are regional and change without notice, so the store page you see on the day you read this is the only reliable source for the current offer. If you are outside the U.S., the price shown in your region may differ from the figures in this article.
Editions and what each one includes
| Epic listing (U.S.) | Price displayed | What the listing says it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Legion TD 2 (base game) | $19.99 | The base game, including the Desert Ridge and Floating Isles campaigns |
| Legion TD 2 – Complete Edition | $29.99 | The core game and campaigns, with the store copy describing a single-player and co-op experience of roughly 20 hours |
The 20-hour figure comes from the publisher’s and store’s own description. It has not been independently timed, so treat it as an estimate of content rather than a measured playtime. Because store listings can change, compare the live edition contents before you buy.
Can you play it offline?
Not for single-player. Epic states that single-player features require an internet connection, and Steam’s listing also marks single-player as requiring online access. Readers looking for a fully offline tower-defense game should not assume Legion TD 2 will work without a connection.

How to verify the offer before buying
- Open the Epic Games Store and search for “Legion TD 2”.
- Check the price shown for your region. The figures in the table above apply to the U.S. storefront.
- Open the edition you are considering and read its contents. The base game lists the Desert Ridge and Floating Isles campaigns. Confirm that the Complete Edition description matches what you expect before choosing it.
- Look for an active discount or free offer with a visible end date. Do not act on an offer that shows no date or that you cannot find on the product page.
- Review the system requirements on the store page. The listings I checked do not call out any specific hardware beyond what the store publishes, so do not assume a particular peripheral is needed.
Once you have confirmed the live listing, the purchase decision comes down to whether you want the base campaigns at $19.99 or the Complete Edition at $29.99, with the understanding that both require an internet connection for single-player play.
