Is this a new LEGO Harry Potter set launch?
No. The October 16 announcement is for a video game on Nintendo Switch 2, not a new building-set release. Separately, Hasbro announced a multi-year licensing partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products beginning in 2027. Hasbro says it will become the global primary toy licensee for Harry Potter, with future product categories including dolls, role play, action figures, collectibles, interactive plush, and board games.
