The outlet reported a 1,849-piece, 18+ wall-display set expected to launch January 1, 2027.
Which Joker comic cover is the LEGO set based on?
The set recreates the Joker cover of Detective Comics #880. GamesRadar+ identified Jock as the cover artist in its October 6, 2026 report. The “most iconic” label is a matter of opinion, not an objective ranking; the concrete connection is to this specific comic cover.
What are the set’s reported size and specifications?
GamesRadar+ reported 1,849 pieces and an age recommendation of 18+. It described the finished wall art as over 20 inches high and over 15 inches wide. Those are the outlet’s reported specifications; the report did not give exact dimensions.
When does it come out, and how much does it cost?
GamesRadar+ reported an expected January 1, 2027 release and said pre-orders were available when its article was published on October 6, 2026. The report gave prices of $169.99 in the United States and £149.99 in the United Kingdom. Release timing, pre-order status, and regional prices can change, so check LEGO’s listing for current availability and details before ordering.

How this set differs from LEGO’s Batmobiles
The Joker set is designed as wall art rather than a vehicle model. GamesRadar+ also mentioned two separate Batman vehicle releases, which are different formats and should not be treated as interchangeable alternatives:
| Set | Format | Pieces | Reported price |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Joker Wall Art Comic Cover | Wall display | 1,849 | $169.99 US; £149.99 UK |
| Arkham Batman Batmobile | Batmobile model | 317 | $29.99 US; £26.99 UK |
| Batman Returns Batmobile & Duck | Batmobile and duck model | 672 | $59.99 US; £54.99 UK |
All figures in the table were reported by GamesRadar+ on October 6, 2026; the prices are region-specific and should not be assumed to remain current.
