The reported arrest and charges are allegations, not proof of guilt.
What the report says happened
Dexerto identifies the man as Abdul Rasheed, 26, and reports that the restaurant bill was $63. According to the account attributed to WSB-TV, emergency responders found that Rasheed did not need medical assistance.

The report does not include a transcript or recording of the 911 call, so the caller’s exact words and the circumstances of the call are not established in the published account.
What charges were reported?
Dexerto says police arrested Rasheed on allegations including theft of services, unlawful conduct during a 911 call, and making a false report. These are reported allegations; the article does not provide police or court records that independently confirm the charges.

Has the case been resolved?
The October 2, 2026, report does not state a later court disposition. An arrest does not establish guilt, and the available account does not show whether the allegations resulted in a conviction or another outcome.
Source and limits of the account
Dexerto’s report attributes the incident details to WSB-TV. It does not provide primary police, jail, or court records, a call transcript, or an update on the case’s current status. The reported bill amount, identity, age, and allegations should therefore be understood as details in that news account, not as independently verified findings.
