A video presented as Marvel’s “Project COMET” trailer reportedly appeared on Bilibili on October 2, 2026, before spreading through reposts. It appears to show Marvel heroes fighting together and advertises four-player co-op—but neither the game nor the footage has been officially authenticated in the coverage available as of October 6.
What the leaked Project COMET trailer reportedly shows
Coverage describes footage of Wolverine, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Black Widow, War Machine, and other Marvel characters in combat. On-screen copy reportedly promotes Marvel environments, superhero powers, combat, and a four-player co-op squad. These are details attributed to circulating footage, not a confirmed feature list for a released or announced game. Insider Gaming and PocketGamer.biz describe the material.
PocketGamer.biz says the trailer frames the premise as a “next-gen mobile ARPG” following the disappearance of the Fantastic Four. Other coverage calls the project an action RPG and discusses possible gacha mechanics. Because those descriptions come from unconfirmed material, they should be treated as rumors rather than established story or monetization details.
Is the Project COMET trailer real?
That has not been established. Insider Gaming said the footage “looks very real,” while also noting that its audio is off; Shane the Gamer describes rough audio and an abrupt cutoff. Those observations may help explain why the clip has drawn attention, but they do not authenticate it. The reports reviewed do not identify an official Marvel, Disney, or developer confirmation of the game or trailer.

The video was reportedly uploaded to Bilibili on October 2, 2026, and later reposted to YouTube and X. PocketGamer.biz reports that a YouTube upload was blocked following a Disney content claim. A platform copyright claim or removal is not, by itself, confirmation that the footage is genuine or that Project COMET is the title of an announced game.
Who is making Project COMET, and what platforms might it use?
Coverage links Scopely to the project, but that connection is not officially established. PocketGamer.biz says Polygon reporting points to iOS, Android, and PC. Shane the Gamer also notes that a Scopely job listing could indicate mobile-and-PC work, while emphasizing that the listing does not name Project COMET. As a result, mobile platforms are reported possibilities, PC support remains an inference, and cross-play is not confirmed.
