How to obtain Millicent’s Prosthesis
The item page links the talisman to Millicent’s quest and says it is obtained by killing Millicent after she has equipped the Valkyrie’s Prosthesis that you give her.

Quest condition
- Progress Millicent’s quest until she can receive the Valkyrie’s Prosthesis.
- Give her that prosthesis. The item page states that she must have equipped it before the kill route can produce Millicent’s Prosthesis.
- After that point, the wiki reports that Millicent can first be killed at Windmill Heights. The quest also has a later, explicit choice in Elphael, so do not treat every location or timing detail as interchangeable.
The community quest page describes a special exception after you choose to assist Millicent in Elphael. Confirm the current quest sequence in your version before attacking her; the available sources are not independent playthrough tests.
The Elphael choice: two different rewards
At the final encounter in Elphael, a red summon sign presents the decisive choice. The rewards are mutually exclusive in that playthrough’s quest outcome.

Can you get it without killing Millicent?
For the quest route described by the item page, no: Millicent’s Prosthesis is awarded after killing her once she has equipped the Valkyrie’s Prosthesis you supplied. Helping her in Elphael leads to the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia rather than this talisman. The available material does not establish another legitimate acquisition route.
