Partners Event reports from November 2025. Players described glitches, including one report of the Partners feature missing, but those posts do not show how widespread the problem was or which devices or game versions were affected. Check Scopely’s current Known Issues notices and contact support if the problem is still affecting your account.
What players reported during the Thanksgiving 2025 event
A Reddit post dated November 26, 2025 described a suspected glitch on one account where the Partners feature was unavailable. Other November 2025 player reports mentioned technical errors and rewards that did not appear. These are individual accounts, not confirmation from Scopely of a Thanksgiving event-wide outage, its cause, or a fix: Reddit player reports.
Keep the symptoms distinct. A game that closes or stops responding is a crash; a missing Partners feature, a stuck event screen, or a reward that fails to display may need a different investigation. Scopely’s Help Center lists rewards not showing and lost progress as separate technical-help topics.
How to check for an official status update
- Open MONOPOLY GO! and check in-app support. Look at the current Known Issues information first; issue status can change, and an older player post may describe a problem that is no longer active.
- Review the official Help Center. Use its Known Issues and Tech Issues sections for relevant notices and guidance: MONOPOLY GO! Help Center.
- Contact Scopely through the official help route if the issue persists or concerns your account, progress, or rewards. Include your device model, operating-system version, MONOPOLY GO! version, the time it happened, the event screen or action that triggered it, and any error wording.
Why event mechanics matter when describing the problem
Scopely describes Partners Events as “collaborative Minigames where teamwork is key.” Players can team up with as many as four partners, collect Partner Currency, and spin a wheel to add points to themed attractions. Leftover Partner Currency converts to Cash when the event ends, according to Scopely’s Partners Event guide.

When contacting support, say whether the problem happened while opening the event, viewing a partner or attraction, collecting Partner Currency, spinning the wheel, or claiming a reward. That detail helps distinguish a crash from an event display, progress, or reward issue; it does not by itself identify the cause.

Scopely’s update notes document fixes for other issues, including players becoming stuck in a time-limited event, as well as performance optimization: MONOPOLY GO! update notes. That history shows the game has received event-related and performance fixes, but it does not establish that the Thanksgiving 2025 reports were confirmed or resolved by a particular update.

What not to assume
- Do not treat Reddit reports as proof of a widespread outage or a confirmed Scopely diagnosis.
- Do not assume reinstalling the game, clearing a cache, switching devices, or installing an operating-system beta will fix this specific issue; no official source confirms those as remedies for the Thanksgiving reports.
- Do not treat complaints about crashes during a later 2026 Partners Event as evidence about Thanksgiving 2025. A Better Business Bureau record includes individual complaints and Scopely responses for that later event; the statements are attributed to the complainants or Scopely and do not independently establish the Thanksgiving incident or a general fix: BBB complaints about Scopely.
