What “physical” means in EA FC 24
In EA FC 24, physicality is the PHY attribute, one of the six main outfield ratings alongside pace, shooting, passing, dribbling and defending. It is a game-database rating. It is not a measurement of real-world strength, height, weight or athleticism, so a player’s reputation, body type or listed position should not be used to predict where he sits on the PHY column.

Why the snapshot date and a male-only filter are required
FIFACM keeps dated snapshots of the EA FC 24 database, so a PHY value is only correct for the date it was read. A list that does not name its snapshot cannot be checked by a reader, and a list that mixes rows from different dates is not a valid ranking. The same logic applies to the player pool. Without a male-player filter, the list can include women’s players, which would change which names reach the top ten.

How to build the top ten yourself
- Open FIFACM’s “EA FC 24 Ratings and Stats” database and note the snapshot date shown on the page. Choose one date and use it for every row.
- Apply the Physicality filter so that the PHY column is the basis of the sort.
- Restrict the results to male players using the database’s gender or male-player filter. If the label differs from this wording, choose the option that excludes women’s players.
- Sort the results by PHY, highest first.
- Record the first ten rows with player name, club, position, PHY value and the snapshot date.
- If several players share the tenth-place PHY value, list every tied player rather than cutting the list at ten. Mark the ties explicitly.
- If you switch to another snapshot, repeat the whole process. Do not carry values across dates.
Common mistakes that produce a wrong list
- Using an FC 27 leaderboard for an FC 24 list.
- Presenting one player’s PHY value, such as the 27 June 2024 Kvaratskhelia listing, as a ranking.
- Inferring PHY from height, weight, position or reputation rather than reading the rating.
- Mixing values from different snapshot dates in the same table.
- Omitting the snapshot date, which makes the ranking impossible to verify.
