Those are launch-era details; a current or used listing may not include redeemable bonuses.

2K’s launch announcement positioned the Michael Jordan Edition as the Digital Deluxe bundle plus 100,000 VC. Its included MyTEAM and MyCAREER bonuses were:

What to check before buying
Confirm the platform and included game
2K announced the Michael Jordan Edition for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The Xbox launch listing specifically included both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S versions; that does not prove identical cross-generation entitlements on other platforms. Check whether digital bonuses can be redeemed
Bonus VC, MyTEAM Points, packs, and other listed rewards are digital in-game content, not physical accessories. A used or marketplace copy may lack a code or have a code that has already been redeemed, so check the listing’s condition and code status rather than assuming the launch bundle remains available.

Know what the currencies are for
2K says VC can be used for in-game content in MyCAREER and MyTEAM. MyTEAM Points are a separate currency usable only in MyTEAM. They are optional in-game currencies, not separate games or required physical items. 2K support’s VC FAQ

No. The Jordan Challenge is a mode in NBA 2K23, not a separate game needed to access the edition bonuses. 2K described it as a return of a feature introduced in NBA 2K11, with era-specific visuals and first-hand accounts. 2K’s NBA 2K23 announcement
