This walkthrough follows the route sequence described in a community guide for Neet And Angel V1.46D: focus on one character, build affection and the second progression meter, then play the next-morning rock-paper-scissors event to open access to the other characters. The guide calls its numbers experience-based estimates, so use the progression pattern rather than treating exact thresholds as guaranteed.
How to progress through a character route
- Choose one character and focus on them. A separate guide published in 2020 names Shizue, Rina, and Riko as choices after the opening, but it does not identify a game version; its character and location guidance may not match V1.46D.
- Build affection through encounters and evening conversations. The V1.46D guide says affection can rise through chance encounters while out and through conversations in the evening. It represents affection with hearts and estimates 10 points per heart, up to 100 points at the maximum. Treat those figures as the guide author’s estimates, not confirmed in-game values.
- When the affection meter fills, answer the relationship prompt affirmatively. According to the guide, a full affection meter prompts a decision about whether the protagonist likes the character. Selecting that he does is required for the H progression described in the walkthrough.
- Continue until both progression meters are full. The guide recommends completing one character’s affection and H meters before attempting to advance other characters.
- Check the following morning for the angel rock-paper-scissors event. The guide says winning provides additional background and unlocks access to the other two characters’ progression. It does not establish what happens if you lose, so no specific loss outcome can be relied on from this guide.

The same V1.46D guide describes stamina and energy as resources to plan around. Its reported costs are version-specific community estimates, not independently verified mechanics.

Treat the conversation as guidance rather than relying on an exact numeric trigger.

How much to rely on the older location guide
A separate Indonesian walkthrough from 2020 describes choosing among Shizue, Rina, and Riko and alternating conversations, work, and rest. It lists character-associated destinations including a bookstore, café, park, library, shopping street, candy shop, and game center.
