When did Neopets: Mega Mini Games Collection come out?
Neopets announced the collection on October 23, 2025, with a planned March 2026 release. Nintendo’s US product listing gives the Switch release date as March 26, 2026, and Neopets later confirmed that the game released in March. Nintendo’s listing and Neopets’ launch announcement document the date and launch.
Which platforms is the Neopets collection on?
Neopets’ May 2026 update confirms releases on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The original announcement listed Switch, PS5, and Steam; Xbox was included in the later confirmed platform list. Neopets’ May update is the source for the four-platform availability.
Switch play and compatibility
Nintendo lists one-to-two players on a single system, with TV, tabletop, and handheld play. The Switch version is also listed as compatible with Switch 2, with behavior consistent with Nintendo Switch; that does not mean there is a separate native Switch 2 edition. Nintendo lists American English, Japanese, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese, and an ESRB rating descriptor of Comic Mischief and Mild Fantasy Violence. What games are in the collection?
The digital collection contains 25 classic Neopets mini-games plus Starlight Symphony, a new 26th game starring Nyx. The classic lineup includes familiar titles such as Meerca Chase II and Turmac Roll. Steam describes Arcade, Challenge, and Endless modes; local multiplayer is available in four games. Steam’s listing details the game lineup and modes, while Neopets’ original announcement identifies the classic games and new entry.

What comes in the physical Treasure Pack?
The Treasure Pack is a physical edition documented for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Alongside the physical game, Neopets lists the 25 classic mini-games, Starlight Symphony, the secret 27th mini-game, a sticker sheet, art postcards, a full-color double-sided poster, a scratch-card surprise, and a foil collector bag. The scratch card differs by edition
- Nintendo Switch: The scratch card is inside the physical package.
- PlayStation 5: Participating retailers distribute the scratch card separately, while stocks last.
Neopets’ announcement described the pack as available for preorder before release, but that historical announcement does not establish current retailer stock or price.

Is there a secret 27th game?
Yes, but it is the physical edition’s extra: the digital collection is described as 25 classic games plus Starlight Symphony, while the Treasure Pack includes a hidden 27th mini-game. In May 2026, Neopets said the game had received several bug fixes and improvements and that updates were regularly reported in devlogs. That statement confirms post-launch maintenance, but does not specify a current build number or provide a complete patch history. Neopets’ May 2026 update gives the available status note.

Who developed and published the game?
Credits vary by source. Neopets’ launch article names No Gravity Games as developer and U&I Entertainment as distributor, and also describes Bolt Production International as the publisher behind the release. Steam lists No Gravity Games as developer and Sidewalk Games as publisher. These platform-specific credits should not be collapsed into a single universal attribution.
