Color Category Answers
Yellow MEDDLE NOSE AROUND, POKE, PRY, SNOOP
Green WORDS AFTER “NO” TO MEAN “IT’S ALL GOOD” BIGGIE, HARD FEELINGS, SWEAT, WORRIES
Blue SUPER__ GLUE, MARIO WORLD, PAC, POWER
Purple ENDING WITH FISH CAMISOLE, CAPE COD, DRUM AND BASS, WU-TANG

How the groups work

Yellow: MEDDLE

NOSE AROUND, POKE, PRY, and SNOOP all describe interfering or investigating intrusively.

Green: Reassuring phrases after “no”

Put “no” before BIGGIE, HARD FEELINGS, SWEAT, or WORRIES to make familiar reassurances: “no biggie,” “no hard feelings,” “no sweat,” and “no worries.”

Blue: SUPER__

Each answer completes a familiar “Super” phrase or name: Super Glue, Super Mario World, Super Pac-Man, and superpower. The grid entry is PAC, not the full name Pac-Man.

Purple: Ending with fish

The final parts of CAMISOLE, CAPE COD, DRUM AND BASS, and WU-TANG are sole, cod, bass, and tang—the names of fish.

How Connections works

Connections presents sixteen terms to sort into four groups of four. The groups are marked by four difficulty colors, with yellow generally the most straightforward and purple the most difficult. Apparent overlaps and wordplay can make a grouping less obvious than its members first suggest. In this puzzle, phrase completion helps with blue, while noticing the endings unlocks purple.
