Hints for the December 21 Connections groups

Connections asks you to sort 16 words into four groups of four, with each group linked by a shared idea. The groups are marked by four color-coded difficulty levels. You can play on desktop or mobile through NYT Games.

  • Yellow: Parts of a tea maker.
  • Green: Reading matter.
  • Blue: A sense of coming out.
  • Purple: Add the same word after each tile to form a familiar compound.
