How to read the Pips clues
Pips is a domino-placement puzzle. Place each tile vertically or horizontally so the pips in its colored region satisfy that region’s condition. Depending on the clue, the values may need to add to an exact sum, match one another, all differ, or stay above or below a bound. A tile listed for a region is shown by its two pip values and orientation.

Easy hints and answers
- Sum 0: Place 0–6 vertically.
- Sum 7, red region: Place 0–6 vertically and 1–1 vertically.
- Sum 7, light-blue region: Place 1–1 vertically, 4–3 vertically, and 5–2 horizontally.
- Sum 11, orange region: Place 5–2 horizontally and 6–6 horizontally.
Medium hints and answers
- Sum 1, orange region: Place 1–3 vertically.
