Hints for Strands game #301
- Theme clue: Think of foods associated with the Festival of Lights.
- Spangram clue: It names a Jewish feast.
- First-letter clues: The theme answers begin KU, AP, LA, BR and CH; the spangram begins HA.
- Grid placement: The spangram starts on the left side, fourth row, and ends at the bottom, second column. It runs horizontally across the grid.
In Strands, trace letters to find words that fit the theme. The spangram describes that theme and touches two opposite sides of the grid. Finding three non-theme words can earn an in-game hint that reveals letters in a theme word. The hint words listed for this puzzle are STOKE, DIAL, BROKEN, SLAG, CALL and LADS.
