To complete Exploration: Overlook Town in Once Human, collect one Mystical Crate, collect any two Weapon or Gear Crates, and activate the settlement’s Rift Anchor. The coordinates below are reported by community guides; use Spacetime and the in-game objective counter to confirm locations as you explore.
Overlook Town objective checklist
- Find one Mystical Crate.
- Open any two Weapon or Gear Crates.
- Activate the Overlook Town Rift Anchor to claim the settlement exploration rewards.
Settlement objectives appear when you enter an area. The official Once Human Settlement Exploration Guide recommends using Spacetime to locate nearby treasures and crates. It also explains that each settlement has multiple Weapon and Gear Crates but only one Mysterious Treasure; the treasure can be collected once and contains Blueprint Fragments for weapons or armor.
Where to find the Overlook Town crates
These coordinates are map references from secondary guides, not coordinates published in the official settlement guide. Confirm them against your in-game map and objective counter.

The locations and crate descriptions are reported by the Once Human Wiki’s Overlook Town exploration listing and Game8’s Overlook Town guide. The official guide confirms the settlement mechanics, but does not list these precise coordinates.

Choose two crates for the objective
You can use any two qualifying Weapon or Gear Crates, so choose based on the route you prefer:
- Motel Gear Crate: Go to the second floor at 6618, -5816. The reported route involves reaching an upper floor.
- Grocery-store basement Gear Crate: Look around 6729, -5719, with an access point reported at 6714, -5683. The location descriptions mention a button-operated door to the lower room; verify the entrance in-game because guides give slightly different crate coordinates.
- Stadium Weapon Crate: Search around 6726, -5845 near the stadium or stage. Be alert for a possible Glutton spawn nearby.
These access and enemy details come from secondary location guides and may not account for every in-game variation. If a marker or crate is not where expected, use Spacetime and follow the objective counter rather than relying on a coordinate alone.

Finish the settlement exploration
- Enter Overlook Town and check the exploration objectives that appear.
- Use Spacetime to help locate the Mystical Crate and nearby Weapon or Gear Crates.
- Open the Mystical Crate and two qualifying Weapon or Gear Crates.
- Go to the Rift Anchor at the reported coordinates 6801, -5671 and activate it. The official guide says the anchor must be activated after the settlement objectives to receive rewards.
Completed settlements are marked on the map, according to the official settlement guide.
